20 donggeurangttaeng, 10 perilla leaves, 1/4 onion, 1 green onion, 2 cheongyang pepper, 1/2 red pepper, 2T soy sauce, 2T vinegar, 2T mirin, 2T oyster sauce, 1T red pepper oil, 3T oligosaccharide, 1T cooking oil , 1/2T minced garlic, a pinch of pepper
✨ Kkanpung donggeurangttaeng.
1. Chop the onion, green onion, cheongyang pepper, red pepper, and sesame leaves.
2. Make the sauce. (2T soy sauce, 2T vinegar, 2T mirin, 2T oyster sauce, 1T red pepper oil, 3T oligosaccharide).
3. Bake donggeurangttaeng.
4. In an empty pan, put 1T cooking oil, 1/2T minced garlic, and green onion and fry for 10 seconds over medium heat.
5. Add onion and fry for 1 minute.
6. Add the sauce and red pepper, and when the sauce boils, add donggeurangttaeng and mix.
7. Turn off the heat and add a pinch of black pepper and mix.
8. Put it on a plate and put sesame leaves on it.
