Your deck it not clear plan to win because it it have 3 way to win buy attack direct to base HP, lv up anie and vex. My deck focus lv up vex. Anie should inclued just because it low cost and can work with story landmark, no need to add so many card to try anie lv up. If plan is attack direct to base HP or lv up anie it better to use Jhin anie. If you build deck around vex, your plan should be try lv up vex as soon as you can play her.
