Mike is such an amazing guy! Had the pleasure of playing him in a bar tournament about 15 yrs ago and he had to play one handed lol, I came in 2nd. I bumped into him so many times in SLC/ Park city UT, He hand delivered a signed copy of his trick shot book to my work.
Hats off to you for making a "That's what she said" joke in the presence of the great Mike Massey. I envy you for getting to watch and learn from him. I'd love to just shoot a few racks with him. I'm good but I know id lose but at least I could say I played against the great one himself.

Of all the pool players and exhibitionist I'd like to meet Tarzan the most, this guy in his younger days could do 2 finger push ups, and was known for feats of super human strength, I read his bio.
A jump shot is called a jump shot. There are legal ones and there are illegal ones. A Massee is not a jump shot. It is played with an elevated cue striking the cueball off-center to create spin that makes the ball curve, just like a bowling ball.
I watched MikeMassey beat every swinging top player in the world in Tallahassee,Fl ..... 1970's .... (McCready,Roberts,Cook,Sigel,Hall ,White,Brunt,everybody) ...... first prize was $800 .....lol ..... ask him if he remembers that !!!! .... A/C was out and it was very hot! ....Mike showed me his cigarette trick....and he sang too.... great old days
I love watching Mike nasty but I don't agree with who he thinks he's the greatest player and it's been a few others before that still no one can touch but that's just my opinion
Who do you think is the best all are pool player is? If you ask ANY pro player, they will all immune say Efren, He's 67 or 68 now, so he is a shell of himself

Mike isn't looking well. I really love that guy. I was lucky enough to see him in person once and nobody gives a better show or is a better gentleman.
