Fantastic video Stan! Well done Mitch, your positive upbeat "can do" attitude is as infectious as is Buddy's enthusiam to greet you at the end of each swim. There's a hand held device that you can buy online to help your muscles, tendons etc recover from the daily endurance grind. Wishing you all the very best for your epic 12,000kms ahead of you to Everest!
Hey great video! Good edit, Looking forward to your main challenge 👌 If I could change someting I would add more *you*^talking to the camera explaining what are you doing and what's next. 👏

Great video of a great week! 🔥
this is so cool
this might be a silly question, but why does Mitch drink the lake water?
Idk maybe because he likes it after yeserday I mean the swim before that one
Great achievement but there are 13 swimmable lakes and the record is 33 hours
There’s actually only one lake in the Lake District 😉.
