You can probably place the square foundation, followed by two Triangle foundations and another square foundation to be able to center your ladder on the exact center of the platform... and then you could place the ocean platforms guaranteed centered side-to-side without dismounting the ladder. You could probably figure out some kind of way to calculate perfect distance by overhanging ceilings, too.

Last comment before yours would be the easiest and fastest way to center on the platform. The way in I did in in the video is just how I’ve always done it. Works fine just a matter of what you’re comfortable with.

Don't need to do the ladder trick, ocean plat has a built in ladder on the interior so just use that and it's perfect every time ;)

would you by any chance know how to properly connect these to a borderwall?
    so no space in between.

I’ve never done that but I’d say just place an ocean plat close to the barrier then pull another out and adjust into barrier so it goes red then walk it out slowly till it turns green and place it.

What's the point of putting the ceilings down and then the ladder only to jump off of it and run out from where you land? Seems like unnecessary extra steps.

The ladder is to get squared up on the ocean plat so that the next one you put down is not crooked. You can use triangle ceilings to get centered on the ocean plat as well I just always climb so I’m square and then only move around to center with the left stick so that I don’t change angles.

Many different ways of achieving the end result this is just the way I do it.
