Alex you do know eating then spitting the food out is an eating disorder right? (edited: it’s a pattern of eating disorder that can lead to one. Read more of my reply below to understand what I mean) it’s sad he can’t enjoy the food because of boxing 😕
What Alex is doing is not an eating disorder. Boxers undergo special training and an extremely strict diet to keep their bodies and health in check. If he’s on break from boxing or stops boxing, he can eat whatever he wants without spitting anything out.
@@templefusion5259 actually i was wrong but it is a pattern of an eating disorder called a chewing and spitting disorder (CHSP) which can lead to one. (u can search it up) Yes I understand boxers have to go through extreme dieting but showing this behavior and saying it’s a trick isn’t beneficial to anyone. I am not saying he has one or he’s purposely promoting this behavior because he literally doesn’t know himself it’s not a good behavior cause he said he found out this “trick. I’m just trying to inform everyone and him that what he’s doing is not good for him and not something you should do or try
There’s a difference between sticking to a diet because of boxing and an eating disorder. Also I’m sure he doesn’t appreciate some random person online trying to diagnose him based off little bits we are shown from a video

we dont put time to see the menu cause we come early get our snacks drinks and dont wanna miss a thing of the movie we just get simple things candy drink popcorn hotdog pizza basic stuff then we leave but when we dont care about the things they advertise before the movie start then we take a look plus ever few months they either add or remove things from the menu
