In the beginning Neriman's instinct for Defne towards Omer was right. Even if she schemed for her idea of hiring Defne to make his beloved nephew to fall in love because she saw it when they first met that there was something unique about Omer and Defne. Not bad at all because it is what it is. And we always over protect our love ones no matter what it cost. That's the reason why Omer forgave Neriman when she explained it to him. And his aunt Neriman was right since the beginning. And you can feel Neriman's sincerity for Defne when she learned that she is pregnant And if course both Defne and Omer are destined for each other. Bravo to all actors in this beautiful series. And anyway, Sinan deserves to have his dream come true of having his family with Seda and beautiful Lara.
So happy for Iso who might have found already his soulmate. Much deserved. He’s the most sensible, caring, understanding, doesn’t take crap from anybody guy in this romcom.
She’s easily manipulated by the likes of Nasiram. She doesn’t seem to think before obeying whoever is telling her to do something. She doesn’t set boundaries as to what /what not to share to others - relatives or casual acquaintances or friends. Personal matter about her & her husbands must be personal & if needed to shared, only a few has the right to know
I just don't get why people in relationships want to keep secrets. It never ends well. Defne is a very empathetic person i dont see why Omer felt the need to hide this whole Eda saga. Even if you want them to meet later just tell her the truth when the dreams started and let the rest fall in place. Gosh 🙄

She’s such a pain in the neck. I dislike her immature nosiness and sneakiness. And the way she is supposed to be Defne’s best friend but usually manages to take advantage of her or put her in bad situations.

If NOT for Defne’s gift, Omer’s PTSD wouldn’t have occurred/recurred. By then, Eda might have met Defne already & would have related to Defne everything that happened. Consequently, Omer might not have PTSD episodes. And all is well that ends well!👍👏😊. Now, on to Kiralik Aşk 2 Iplickci/Topal Family Life - if only the “OWL’s” INSECURITIES & “CONNECTION “ did NOT “TOUCH” this series, viewers would have another “classic series” to watch, rewatch to the Nth times, more awards to receive by deserving casts, crews & more TL in the coffers/pockets of producers, writers, cats, crews. And more importantly, HAPPINESS of the viewers WORLDWIDE willing to forego countless hours of sleepless night to WHET their appetite of the Iplickci/Topal family saga! Another instrumental background music that I soooo love in this series is in the scene in Sadri’s shop where Omer was asking Iso where Defne is. The musical director of this series was REALLY into the story & knew what music is so apt to the scene that the viewers could feel the emotions of the characters in the scene by just listening to the music - as in the scene where Iso was just walking.
Omer and define found their way back to each other again and Neriman did not have anything to do with it this time. Defne should just live her life and neriman go find something to go and do and stop meddle in other people's business

Defne’s character is sooo annoying so much of the time. Ömer is the last to know she’s pregnant. My husband and I were always together when confirming I was pregnant, and they were sweet intimate moments. Yeah, the way she breaks the news is sweet, but he should’ve been the first to know.
I agree..this is what happens Isreal life. This is a story...not real life. The writers need to add comedy and suspense in order to sell a movie. Also...the episodes are extended so that we keep watching. We could pick apart things forever in this story...but does it really matter.these movies are here to entertain us and obviously they are because you and me are still watching.
Defne thought tha Omer didn’t remember her. But on the first day of her being at Omer’s house, he remembered her during their encounter in the kitchen where Defne told Omer he’s half naked. Any sane man will remember a red-headed woman, whether the hair is curled or straightened. More so with Omer who, I suppose, got a photographic memory of the curly, red-haired woman he kissed who fought him to get out of his clutches & who gave him a sound smack - OUCH!
Defne could have told Omer about her hunch about being pregnant after Omer told her about the email, who Eda was. It would have been one memory they could’ve have added to the memories they want to have as being a couple. The house on the hill that Omer loves is the perfect setting for that; the house that one day Omer’s family will be visiting/staying in. Never mind if Defne is not sure of the pregnanacy. It’s the act of sharing it to her soulmate who has every right to know. This is another character flaw of Defne.

Nihan, Nihan toward the end of the series I dislike you character more and more. You became very nosy, jealous and ill-mannered person. It's not your business and how dare you open other person e-mail. Good friend seen that kind of email first will calm Defne instead of instigate and elevate her fears.
Blame Defne too for going into Omer’s email with Nihan & for leaving it on for Nihan to open. Defne already started asking Omer about the phone number but she didn’t follow it up. Fiancée or would-be-bride/wife, Defne still has no business showing Omer’s email to Nihan. Another example, one of many, of Defne’s jumping to conclusions(usually wrong) instead of finding out the right thing or truth.

What did Omer do? Do you think it's justified for all the lies Defne easily told him in season 1? In season 2, Omer is willing to be flexible and understanding. At the same time, it's good that Defne didn't give in too quickly at the beginning of season 2. Omer had to show he's seriously in love with her. Defne felt what it was like to be shut out from the truth when Omer didn't tell her about his trauma. Imagine how many time Omer asked her to tell him what she was hiding but she didn't.

As to Hulusi, I’ve seen on YT that he was one of the 3 cast members of KA who died toward the end of the series. The other one was Sadri, Omer’s master, who was already sick while shooting the series. The last one who died was the young cast member, still a very young guy- the one who Neriman & Koray bothered while he was talking with his would-be gf. Iz told the 2 about this. This guy died in an accident this 2024.

Defne’s character is sooo annoying so much of the time. Ömer is the last to know she’s pregnant. My husband and I were always together when confirming I was pregnant, and they were sweet intimate moments. Yeah, the way she breaks the news is sweet, but he should’ve been the first to know.
I agree..this is what happens Isreal life. This is a story...not real life. The writers need to add comedy and suspense in order to sell a movie. Also...the episodes are extended so that we keep watching. We could pick apart things forever in this story...but does it really matter.these movies are here to entertain us and obviously they are because you and me are still watching.

Defne thought tha Omer didn’t remember her. But on the first day of her being at Omer’s house, he remembered her during their encounter in the kitchen where Defne told Omer he’s half naked.
Any sane man will remember a red-headed woman, whether the hair is curled or straightened. More so with Omer who, I suppose, got a photographic memory of the curly, red-haired woman he kissed who fought him to get out of his clutches & who gave him a sound smack - OUCH!
Defne could have told Omer about her hunch about being pregnant after Omer told her about the email, who Eda was. It would have been one memory they could’ve have added to the memories they want to have as being a couple. The house on the hill that Omer loves is the perfect setting for that; the house that one day Omer’s family will be visiting/staying in. Never mind if Defne is not sure of the pregnanacy. It’s the act of sharing it to her soulmate who has every right to know. This is another character flaw of Defne.

Blame Defne too for going into Omer’s email with Nihan & for leaving it on for Nihan to open. Defne already started asking Omer about the phone number but she didn’t follow it up. Fiancée or would-be-bride/wife, Defne still has no business showing Omer’s email to Nihan. Another example, one of many, of Defne’s jumping to conclusions(usually wrong) instead of finding out the right thing or truth.

What did Omer do? Do you think it's justified for all the lies Defne easily told him in season 1? In season 2, Omer is willing to be flexible and understanding. At the same time, it's good that Defne didn't give in too quickly at the beginning of season 2. Omer had to show he's seriously in love with her.
Defne felt what it was like to be shut out from the truth when Omer didn't tell her about his trauma. Imagine how many time Omer asked her to tell him what she was hiding but she didn't.

Defne is annoying sometimes. Why does she disappear every time when she encounters something and concludes on her own ? . Omer did tell her that there's someone he'd like her to meet and that he'll explain everything in a few days. She can be naive sometimes.

Face Omer , ask all the questions, get answers, tell the truth about everything, tell Nihan and her family to get over themselves and accept her for who she is and what she wants. It’s all too annoying now! Honestly, who would want to marry this unstable nutcase!

As to Hulusi, I’ve seen on YT that he was one of the 3 cast members of KA who died toward the end of the series. The other one was Sadri, Omer’s master, who was already sick while shooting the series. The last one who died was the young cast member, still a very young guy- the one who Neriman & Koray bothered while he was talking with his would-be gf. Iz told the 2 about this. This guy died in an accident this 2024.
