I have to express my amazement with Ming. At first I thought he was only there for comedic relief, but his character turned out to be one of the best flashed out ones in the whole series. The pain he carries when seeing his friends and loved ones suffer and his selflessness to help and understand them is astounding.
I began this series thinking I would fall for the main leads (as usual) and I did. But damn... Ming has my whole heart! I really hope that he meets someone to love and can be friends with Jom in every timeline! He's the best friend someone could possibly have!

Simple oiling to this episode's wiping scene not to forget the scene after rain in the last episode. They make things sensual with a taste. It gives you butterflies and a whole freaking zoo in stomach. This series has everything in measure, story, mystery, cinematography, chemistry, love, pain acting , you have everything in here. I blame that it's not being promoted as much as those shows it's falling behind to. Also probably because the channel is not that powerful as others yet. Also people might find it a little slow paced but it's part of it's charm. And it's okay if everyone doesn't like it, everyone has different preference. Consider bl series as a buffet chose what you want to watch while don't compare or question others while watching it. This series is precious either way. It's better to be underrated than overrated to be honest. People might find it's beauty later and might even consider it as a classic.

I don’t think I’ve had as many butterflies in my stomach watching a BL or any series for that matter as I had watching the oiling scene in the previous episode, if you know any BL series half as good as this one please recommend them to me💜

I wondered before and pictured poor Jom had to carry dozens of buckets filled with hot water. but he just woke up from being sick the other day and still the tub is filled with water. they don't have indoor plumbing there, that's for sure.
Holy moly, what a twist at the end. I wasn't ready for that. That's how you fight Jom. What a series that has given me warmth, tears of sadness and joy.

Jom and Ming are the MVP in this eps. Finally, they go deeper into Jom's character to back to the point in his search for love. His frustration of his fate depicts perfectly. I thought he would let go but he chose to fight instead (I mean, can you let go a lover like Khun Yai? I would burn down heaven to the ground to get my Khun Yai back). Ming is perfectly growing in this eps. It reveals his true nature: an innocent, loving and kind-hearted man).
I love how Yai stand up for himself in front if his father when that one was scolding him. He didn't flinched and stand for what he wants, his feelings, the path he wants to follow, it's great to see. It takes a lot of courage. I liked Kaew and Peung conversation. It was needed. Both are such strong women. This show has such much beautiful scenes between Jom and Yai, I'm in love. The way they have such honest, heart to heart conversation, touch each other so gently, the way they look at the other, full of love, always telling the other their love, so beautiful. The moment after Yai talk with his father, when Jom and him were on the bed, talking about living together here forever, etc, that was so pure. The relief on Yai face when Jom answered him in the next room, he was so worried to lose him. I think the father kinda wants to let Yai do what he wants. Because the uncle said the father didn't want to do the partnership with him, so that means he don't to force Yai with that uncle daughter. I guess. They can't just marry Yai like that. Yai should have run away that night with Jom. Wow. Poor Yai. When he learned the truth in front of his mom and the mom response to it, unbelievable. Yai should tell the truth to Jom about the engagement. Like that, they can both think about what to do, the future, etc. Here Yai said to Jom that as long as Jom is here by his side he can do what his father ask, but that means he will get married and still have something with Jom?? Ohhh noo, Jom face after he heard the new about the engagement, I wanted to cry. When he cried, that broke my heart. The father just want his legacy to continue with what he built in his professional life, all the bullshits about just wanting Yai to live a normal life, have a family, etc. It's so sad to think that Peung/Maey and Yai/Jom can't be together and have to go through so much just because they love each other. I love Ming. He's a good man. He even told the truth to the master about being the one who made Pan drink. Wow. He sacrificed himself. Yai and Jom having to be apart is so sad, my god. That scene when Jom said they had to separate for now, that was heartbreaking. That end. Wow. That suspense was killing me. The preview. My god. You mean that Jom will fight for Yai in front of his father? It's so cool. I love that. Go for it Jom!! And it seems like it will work. I'm so excited for the next episode. And it seems like Yai will see that Jom will not stay forever. I'm so curious about this timeline thing, parallel universe or reincarnation or so.
10:40 will we ever learn why his father turned down his request to study abroad? it was mentioned before I think. when Jom learned his new master was just 20yrs old (from aunt Prik) he asked her why Yai doesn't attend university. the Phra thinks about his reputation but does he ever think about the happiness of his children? he already married his daughter off to a man who made her miserable. now he is intend to take the happiness away from his son too. if he is so concerned about what those around him would think about the matter why keep him around? the simple solution to the 'problem' would be to just send his son abroad to study. France or the UK suggest themselves but Switzerland and Germany would be common choices too back then - the former king Bhumibol was taken to Switzerland by his mother in 1933.

I love how each single character is SO important in the story... I love how the set is made...how the landscapes...how the rooms...how the light..how the music...how each single detail attacts me in the world where i can finally breath...each single week its like if you bring me back to life... You success where my doctors and my meds fail...! That love story is so strong...so well managed...so beautifully explained... I wish i could find the words to thank each of you for your hard work on this series...! I never experimented something that strong... you can't imagine how grateful i am for your hard work. Today again.. you made me go through so many emotions... I cried so much at the breaking up scene...and almost couldn't breath at the engagement scene cause the suffer in Khun Yai's eyes and in the acting really made me feel like i was suffocating...! I can't explain why... but really...everything about that Series is magical.... Can't wait for next weel already....it's gonna be hard... but i'll keep trying... Til then... This is one of those series that you can't take your eyes off, it holds your attention throughout. So many touching moments, tears and then laughter so that it doesn't become too maudlin. In the end it is Jom who is the strong one and Yai the boy, Jom having known the joys and pain of love before in his other life. A beautiful story beautifully made.

This series made me fall in love with love again, the love so pure, so beautiful, so heartbreaking, so sweet, so fearful yet fearless. The once in a lifetime love is what i wish for, only love which will be enough till the last breath.
An hour around and I wake up as if from a dream. Beautifully staged and so incredibly sad today. But luckily there was a preview of next week to console us. This is truly the best BL series this year. I hope the future of Thai BLs goes in this direction: series with poetry and deep stories and away from the same old student stories...
It's a more mature style bl and I love it. I agree I want more shows to go this direction. I'm tired of the university/high-school trope (I've got exceptions) but yes beautifully written. Beautiful cinematography and excellent cast
i really like how the instrumental ost sounds very much like the scent of the frangipani. like the scent that is carried by the wind the melody feels very airy and light but also very mysterious and alluring as such a scent can be carried from all the wind directions to different places and can also disappear just as suddenly as it has appeared - much like jom in the series appears out of nowhere which still remains a mystery for both parties. then there is also how the notes progress, it is majestic and delicate - much like jom and yai's love story, and creates a secretive atmosphere (also very fitting for their love story and that of the other characters who also have secrets). one can't help but feel that such a delicate melody must be protected and shielded from some invisible danger and thus feel anxious as well as comforted by the melody.

I agree, you said it better than I ever could, but this series is so beautiful, this is the most romantic (and best) BL I’ve seen. I don’t think I’ve had as many butterflies in my stomach watching a BL or any series for that matter as I had watching the oiling scene in the previous episode, if you know any BL series half as good as this one please recommend them to me💜
It is not underrated but just that seriously it is like that mostly people lose interest if they have to wait week just for 1 episode and I am one of those people

To be honest that is the reason why I am beginning to lose interest in watching bl series when they are still airing and this maybe my last bl to watch when it is still airing, I think I would wait until the series is finished and watch it then but it will depend if I still remember it by then
Episode 9, and we are still here with Jom and Yai.. This story just keeps getting better and better, keeping you hooked and always wanting more..Im already counting the days for the next episode...the tension, the drama,the romance, the bitter sweetness of love..An amazing story at heart

I wondered before and pictured poor Jom had to carry dozens of buckets filled with hot water. but he just woke up from being sick the other day and still the tub is filled with water. they don't have indoor plumbing there, that's for sure.

Jom and Ming are the MVP in this eps. Finally, they go deeper into Jom's character to back to the point in his search for love. His frustration of his fate depicts perfectly. I thought he would let go but he chose to fight instead (I mean, can you let go a lover like Khun Yai? I would burn down heaven to the ground to get my Khun Yai back). Ming is perfectly growing in this eps. It reveals his true nature: an innocent, loving and kind-hearted man).
Its so well written and i havent seen actors this good in thai bl series for so long. They potray their characters perfectly.
I love how Yai stand up for himself in front if his father when that one was scolding him. He didn't flinched and stand for what he wants, his feelings, the path he wants to follow, it's great to see. It takes a lot of courage.
I liked Kaew and Peung conversation. It was needed. Both are such strong women.
This show has such much beautiful scenes between Jom and Yai, I'm in love.
The way they have such honest, heart to heart conversation, touch each other so gently, the way they look at the other, full of love, always telling the other their love, so beautiful.
The moment after Yai talk with his father, when Jom and him were on the bed, talking about living together here forever, etc, that was so pure.
The relief on Yai face when Jom answered him in the next room, he was so worried to lose him.
I think the father kinda wants to let Yai do what he wants. Because the uncle said the father didn't want to do the partnership with him, so that means he don't to force Yai with that uncle daughter. I guess.
They can't just marry Yai like that.

the Phra thinks about his reputation but does he ever think about the happiness of his children? he already married his daughter off to a man who made her miserable. now he is intend to take the happiness away from his son too. if he is so concerned about what those around him would think about the matter why keep him around? the simple solution to the 'problem' would be to just send his son abroad to study. France or the UK suggest themselves but Switzerland and Germany would be common choices too back then - the former king Bhumibol was taken to Switzerland by his mother in 1933.

I love how each single character is SO important in the story... I love how the set is made...how the landscapes...how the rooms...how the light..how the music...how each single detail attacts me in the world where i can finally breath...each single week its like if you bring me back to life... You success where my doctors and my meds fail...! That love story is so strong...so well managed...so beautifully explained... I wish i could find the words to thank each of you for your hard work on this series...! I never experimented something that strong... you can't imagine how grateful i am for your hard work. Today again.. you made me go through so many emotions... I cried so much at the breaking up scene...and almost couldn't breath at the engagement scene cause the suffer in Khun Yai's eyes and in the acting really made me feel like i was suffocating...! I can't explain why... but really...everything about that Series is magical.... Can't wait for next weel already....it's gonna be hard... but i'll keep trying... Til then... This is one of those series that you can't take your eyes off, it holds your attention throughout. So many touching moments, tears and then laughter so that it doesn't become too maudlin. In the end it is Jom who is the strong one and Yai the boy, Jom having known the joys and pain of love before in his other life. A beautiful story beautifully made.

J’adore aussi le fait d’avoir échappé au cliché « je suis obligé de rompre avec toi, donc je prétend ne plus t’aimer ». Jom est clair avec ses sentiments et ne les cache pas.

This series made me fall in love with love again, the love so pure, so beautiful, so heartbreaking, so sweet, so fearful yet fearless. The once in a lifetime love is what i wish for, only love which will be enough till the last breath.
An hour around and I wake up as if from a dream. Beautifully staged and so incredibly sad today. But luckily there was a preview of next week to console us. This is truly the best BL series this year. I hope the future of Thai BLs goes in this direction: series with poetry and deep stories and away from the same old student stories...
It's a more mature style bl and I love it. I agree I want more shows to go this direction. I'm tired of the university/high-school trope (I've got exceptions) but yes beautifully written. Beautiful cinematography and excellent cast
i really like how the instrumental ost sounds very much like the scent of the frangipani. like the scent that is carried by the wind the melody feels very airy and light but also very mysterious and alluring as such a scent can be carried from all the wind directions to different places and can also disappear just as suddenly as it has appeared - much like jom in the series appears out of nowhere which still remains a mystery for both parties. then there is also how the notes progress, it is majestic and delicate - much like jom and yai's love story, and creates a secretive atmosphere (also very fitting for their love story and that of the other characters who also have secrets). one can't help but feel that such a delicate melody must be protected and shielded from some invisible danger and thus feel anxious as well as comforted by the melody.
