Wild Rivers existed in the 90s, I remember it was Raging Waters' main competitor until Knott's Soak City USA and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor opened. The original park oppened in 1966 and closed in 2011.
The lazy river is always the best part about a waterpark! I remember going to a waterpark in Houston, Texas when I was kid (I lived down in Houston for 4 years back then), and I used to absolutely love the lazy river. It's a great way to relax and cool off in the heat!

Thanks Rudy. Different spot, about 3 miles from the old spot. This one is on the east side of the I-5 freeway

Nothing beats Raging Waters
Except Wild Rivers is only a 10 minute drive from our house. So it's definitely got that going for it 😀
