It’ll be my first time in college and I’m looking forward to it but I’m excited and determined. Emmy, I'm so sorry for hearing that :( the fact that you're dedicated to stay strong and work through this is already a huge thing, and faith is just as important too of course. The one thing I'd like to suggest you is to talk it over with your mom. I mean, clearly and entirely: remind her of what she told you (as literally as possible) and how it all made you feel. Also tell her how important these techniques, or the entire spirituality is for you. The key is to be honest, stay calm (as much as possible - it may be hard if she doesn't feel like cooperating) and speak clearly. And ask all the listed things from her as well.
I don't know your mother, of course, so I cannot know how open she will be towards your approach. But I believe that this kind of communication can be really really productive and can relieve you from a lot of pain and frustration. However, I cannot call it an easy "method".

I relate to your pain, it feels like no matter how much healing I do I still feel it in my heart and gut. But I am ready to make some radical changes and move on. I didn't go to school either because I don't resonate with the old structural, pressurized studies, it makes me feel weak and unworthy. I decided to do something on my own but the doubts and other things make it so difficult sometimes. I am waiting for the signs and evidence from the universe that things will work out great

Pile 3: This pile explains where I am currently. My stress and negative thought patterns about myself came to a halt after I experienced what I believe is a panic attack. Laura-Amélie Ohmann I don’t know if this helps too but I’ve been told that as a Virgo Midheaven part of my ability is to bring the spiritual and the unseen and the beauty to the mundane. Maybe part of this life is meant for people like us to transcend these usually professions and make them something more. For example my mom is a psychologist and uses her abilities as a healer as well as traditional methods to heal patients. You are so good. I picked 4 and yes I am going through a spiritual awakening, since the summer of 2019. It kicked my ass in the summer of 2019, then it started to ease up in the fall. Now it’s coming back strong again. It feels like a depression. I just want to crawl under my covers and be left alone. It takes a toll on the body with aches and fatigue. There’s times I wish I could end my life. That’s how intense it gets but I know it’s temporary and the betterment of society. I keep getting pushed intuitively to take reiki classes.

Pile 3: extremely accurate. I'm in a transition period in my life and I do literally feel like I'm driving through a foggy road and unsure where I go next. I know physically bc I'm moving, but where I go in every other direction is uncertain and I've had a lot of negative thinking space lately that I know I need to over come if I ever want to get out of the fog.

I have my entrance exams coming soon, and I'm so stressed out. I have been putting myself down and it's been so hard. I really really want to get into the university so that I can pursue my dreams. I tried exercising but fell sick but I do think i will be doing some amount of exercising in the next few months. It felt so reassuring to have those words of confirmation said to me. This is so amazingly accurate. I picked card 4 and It described completely and perfectly what I'm going through and even predicted my plans such as learning a new craft and finding balance. Recently I felt like being left behind because my friends are doing really good while Im here experiencing passion drought. My subconcious is telling me not to feel like that and that I hould be happy for my friends but It's like my heart is telling me that I should feel the pain until I can feel it no more. I really want to focus on myself but my mind wont get off the thought that my friends are leaving me because they already have a good life. And so I got myself some crystals and been trying to learn how it would help me bring back my peace of mind as well as attract positive energy. I really hope I could get over this period with my deteriorating mental health.

Update: I did have a dream yesterday last night were my sister climbed up in the roof, jumped and got smashed into pieces, it was like she was made out of cake or something. And my mom said death in dreams means a new beginning. But I feel like it will take t i m e before things get better, I guess it’s bc I’m Pessimistic ( A lot of though stuff is going on all time and I’m dealing with alot of things, like mental health issues :) ) and I never try to make myself be better. Oh god, pile 4 is so accurate to me. I feel stuck being unemployed at the moment and anxious about finances, lots of people giving different opinions on what I need to do to the point of being pushy and bullying, and I don't have the confidence nor the motivation to pursue my passion (creative writing). I am hoping to find a job soon where I can feel stable and secure and then I can start planning my life. It doesn't help that I have a lot of insecurities and anxiety that makes it hard for me to thrive in an interview, let alone get a job. I just need that breakthrough but I don't know how to justify with my anxiety to let go and have faith.
