Hollywood is not ambitious enough to try this. I strongly believe in movies that are not funded by "Hollywood." When you're not certain whether or not you will be able to eat after the movie's debut, writers tend to do better than anyone could have ever hoped. When your finances are "secured" through "Hollywood" or some other corporation, there's no risk, meaning there's no need to try anything new, as doing so risks this "stability."
"If we stay the course, we are dead! We are ALL DEAD!" It's 2022 and hearing that line still gives me chills. This video represents the best movie that will never be made.
This is how I imagine the movie will go due to the trailer: The resistance realizes they have to terminate the creator of time travel to save John Connor, sending back the T-1000 to kill whoever it is. During the assassination attempt, the T-800 shows up and stops the T-1000, supposedly being sent by Skynet so time travel can keep going. Most of the movie follows the events of Back to the future with the T-1000 hunting the T-800 and Doc and Marty across town. Towards the end of the movie, it is revealed that the T-800 was sent back not by Skynet but by John Connor so time travel can be saved. Doc Brown to realizes that he needs to go forward in time to John Connor in order to keep the time loop going. The T-1000 finally finds the trio at the dance and thwarts their attempts to travel back in time (hence the killing the principal scene, T-1000 disguised as Biff, T-1000 stabbing the roof of the Delorean, etc) eventually, Doc makes it back after a long struggle, and tells John Connor “I’m the only hope you have” etc. John Connor agrees to send the T-800 back in time to stop the T-1000 from assassinating Doc at his house as seen in the beginning of the trailer so the time loop can continue, and Doc goes back to the moment he left. The trio then commence a huge battle with the T-1000 (hence the T-800 firing warning shots on the dance floor scene, T-800 and T-1000 fighting, Doc firing his shotgun, etc.) The T-1000 and T-800 fight, eventually defeating each other, while Doc Brown and Marty simultaneously have to make Marty’s parents fall in love again and get Marty “back to the future” At the end scene of the movie, Doc Brown comes back like at the end of the first BTTF and picks up Marty, only this time taking him to the setting of Terminator 2: Judgement Day, in order to help the Resistance.

Don´t get me wrong, HISHE is a wonderful channel, and they grew a looooooot (kudos for that HISHE), but this one is still their masterpiece. I got goosebumps for real for how well fit is the crossover. Please get the rights for both pictures and make the movie.

Nah they would go from the current timeline where time travel is still possible (and where everyone shortly after gets killed by skynet) to an earlier point in that timeline which will then immediately branch on their arrival. Once there they will for some reason kill Emmett Brown while leaving skynet untouched, resulting in everyone in that timeline also dying with no chance to flee to another time :D
To the people thinking that infinity war is not a crossover film, it is. The argument that “they’re all in the same universe” doesn’t disprove it. A crossover film combines separate movie characters, and they are still from separate movies. The MCU just normalizes characters crossing over.
I just want to point out that at the start, you see John Connor talking about KILLING the creator of time travel, not saving him, and then reprogramming the T1000 (liquid metal) for that purpose. The rest of the trailer portrays that same T1000 as the villain and the T800 as the hero. In other words, the machines have successfully tricked all of you into cheering for the wrong character.

The way around this is at first, they send the the terminator to kill doc which it dose successfully but that causes a time paradox so when the universe starts collapsing around them the send another refurbished terminator to stop the first. Which would explain the doc and coiner scene at the end.

Yet in Genesys it was able to reactivate a T-101. Plus the first Terminator clearly states you can only travel BACK in time, Genesys fucked that up as well.

Hence why the T-1000 couldn't just make a plasma gun from the nanomachines that make up its arm when it went to kill 12 year-old John Connor. Also, the first movie's time machine isn't the one they used to jump into the future. _Terminator Genisys_ combines the time travel mechanics of all the previous movies and uses a string theory-based concept of time travel; they're not jumping forward in a straight line, and it's not a closed loop. That closed loop theory only works for _The Terminator_, not for the rest of the movies. By the time of the fifth movie (_Terminator Genisys_) the time travel history is more of a spiral, and they jump back and forth into alternate timelines from alternate universes. It's all in line with the previous movies, and _Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles_. And frankly, I'd watch a third, fourth, and fifth season of TSCC over any of the movies.

So the Liquid Terminator trying to kill him so that the humans can't use time travel. And as for Marty & his parents, Sarah Connor is actually their first daughter, Sarah is Marty's sister, they had to give away her to an orphanage where she got adopted & raised by different parents. At some point in the 80s Marty & Doc become friends , Doc managed to build first time travel technology, only it's a car. During this time the Liquid Terminator is sent to kill John Conor while he's still a baby, but accidentally discover Doc Brown, and changes it's objective to Terminate Doc Brown, which succeeds causing Marty to go back to 50s, but Doc only faked his death to send him to the past & being a genius Doc managed to build first weapons strong enough & destroyed the Liquid terminator . Upon arrival he interrupts his parents first meeting & also meets another Terminator (Schwarzenegger) which explains him that SkyNet sent another Liquid Terminator to kill Doc Brown since the Delorian is in the hands of Marty which means humanity still has a technology for time travel. And the three of them Marty, Doc & Schwarzenegger Terminator manages to terminate Liquid Terminator (with the cost of Schwarzenegger Terminator), unite Marty's parents & sent Marty back in time, only finding out that Doc is Alive. Marty currently is one of the Leaders of the Humanity, He didn't told John Connor that he is his uncle, as for Doc he along Marty survived the judgement day but got captured by SkyNet, and was forced to build time travel technology, top prevent it, Doc instead tricked SkyNet & build technology that can send only live tissues. He died from old age in Skynet before revealing more.

It’s 2021, almost 2022 and I’d still kill for this to be made a real thing. The story seems great, the music in this 2 minute vid is amazing and it combines two of my favorite franchises
***** Actually, I was 11 when this video was posted and hadn't seen either movie yet, so I thought this was making fun of the actual plot of Back to the Future and that those Terminator movies I'd heard about were spin-offs of the Terminator character from this movie. So yeah, I thought this WAS the original time-travel epic.
I should have sent this video to Hollywood and convinced them to do THIS instead of Terminator: Dark Fate. The results certainly couldn't have been worse.
But it would have to be animated because Back to the future isn't the same without Christopher Lloyd and Michael J Fox! Sure they are still alive but they are much older!

It was always ironic to me that in this instance Skynet is trying to save a human while the Resistance is trying to kill Doc and apparently Marty
I doubt it's Skynet protecting Marty and Doc Brown, but some other resistance member knowing about the consequences of John's actions
And this time the T-1000 is acting on behalf of the humans while the T-800 is acting on behalf of Skynet.

And as for Marty & his parents, Sarah Connor is actually their first daughter, Sarah is Marty's sister, they had to give away her to an orphanage where she got adopted & raised by different parents. At some point in the 80s Marty & Doc become friends , Doc managed to build first time travel technology, only it's a car. During this time the Liquid Terminator is sent to kill John Conor while he's still a baby, but accidentally discover Doc Brown, and changes it's objective to Terminate Doc Brown, which succeeds causing Marty to go back to 50s, but Doc only faked his death to send him to the past & being a genius Doc managed to build first weapons strong enough & destroyed the Liquid terminator . Upon arrival he interrupts his parents first meeting & also meets another Terminator (Schwarzenegger) which explains him that SkyNet sent another Liquid Terminator to kill Doc Brown since the Delorian is in the hands of Marty which means humanity still has a technology for time travel. And the three of them Marty, Doc & Schwarzenegger Terminator manages to terminate Liquid Terminator (with the cost of Schwarzenegger Terminator), unite Marty's parents & sent Marty back in time, only finding out that Doc is Alive.
Marty currently is one of the Leaders of the Humanity, He didn't told John Connor that he is his uncle, as for Doc he along Marty survived the judgement day but got captured by SkyNet, and was forced to build time travel technology, top prevent it, Doc instead tricked SkyNet & build technology that can send only live tissues. He died from old age in Skynet before revealing more.
