The Master was created by 1970s Producer Barry Letts and his script editor, the late Terrance Dicks, as a 'Moriarty' figure and I think Sacha partly returns to the basics of that character. There is a sense of style and controlled thinking that is covering up for a personality that is fundamentally broken. That's the scary thing, in the end: a person so driven by mania that in the end they could do anything.
There is, next year, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the master, a multi-Master adventure on Big Finish featuring John Simms, Michelle Gomez, Eric Roberts and other great Big Finish Masters. It called Masterful.
Well about time BBC you starting to get back to how the Doctor who was like exciting, it took a bit! But I Loved it. Now keep it like that! HOW DOCTOR WHO SHOULD Always be Twists And And turns and Suspense!

Actually, I've been a fan since Sylvester McCoy and I still feel like it's the same series it's always been, carrying the same message that it's always been putting across.

Have seen much of the Classic Masters, but Simm, Gomez and Dhawan have all been brilliant as The Master/Missy.
No, Gomez was terrible and not even the Master in any way
imo, Sacha Dhawan is my favourite actor as the Master so far.
I really do hope Sacha Dhawan comes back as The Master in Season 13. Would like to see more of him. My favourite master actor so far.
