My opinion clearly differs. Black Peppa and Jonbers were the worst here. Badly made and ill fitting. So should have been a rot. Having a good idea means nothing if you can't pull it off. Are you schtupping Peppa?
Le fil was robbed so hard. Not only did she design, sew, and style the best garments in terms of technique, skill, and expertise, but she also had a difficult partner, stayed calm while sminty was freaking out, AND instilled in her a sense of confidence and self assuredness. So le fil had the best design for a DESIGN challenge, ANDDD she had the best storyline in the episode!
the thing that annoyed me most about this episode is ru and the producers pretending that this challenge had anything to do with a bingo hall lmao. they’re so intent on pushing this “british” narrative and they always end up just being a normal drag race challenge lmaooooooo

Yeah fr fr thats what gave it hottest hot for me over baby's; if she had just been a bit brighter or more adventurous with her makeup it wouldve made the color on her outfit look more central. As it was, Baby from the front looked like she was only *accessorizing* with the colored pattern, where as Dakota married it more to the look from all angles.
Copper Top lip synced to the song. Black Peppa did a disjointed gymnastics routine mixed with dance steps that didn't match the song in any way shape or form.

It's bizarre that Cheddar's critiques were basically Make over critique of "you didn't make your partner looks good" like... the judges didn't even consider Copper to be at the same level as Cheddar. Harsh.
Well , Cheddar could have helped her partner when she was looking like that . I don’t think the judging was , help your competition cause they are weak, more like help your partner because you may share a win … …. At the same time , last time this happened on druk they put the top half of the pair against the bottom so .. cheddar was probably thinking she would be top and leave her pair on stage
I feel like they're always damned if they do, damned if they don't. If they help too much, they come off b!tchy or they say they took too much control. If they let their partner do their thing, then they should have taken more control.

if runway counted for 50 percent of judging on every episode... at this day and age where some queens wear stuff that they did not even design or have anything to do regarding them but "rent" or have their teams arrange them... would be just absurd. also, just because you are white, skinny and wear glam doesnt make you a winner, regardless of fans' reaction...

I think in the end, whatever you do on drag race, make it interesting. It will save you unless the produces had already pinned you as the bottom 2 for that episode. I think Copper going home early fit with their narrative, that's why they threw Black peppa in the bottom with her. They knew Peppa would win the lip sync.
I don’t think bingo had much to do with the runway category… it was mostly to do with how they selected their boxes, which like actual bingo, was somewhat by chance, and were in boxes that spelled bingo lol.
Danny / Pixie were the SAFE looks given the confusing instructions given on this challenge. -- To their credit, it does give me that Twin Peaks, early 90s movie vibe (The Applegates for ex), but slightly glammed up. Bingo halls were definitely part of that era. -- Danny, Pixie probably did it right then given Ru has a fondness for this era.
i dunno, if they didnt split the teams i think green was overall worse than gold, and then as for the lip sync, I thought Copper was doing better than Peppa for a while but in the end it could've been a double shantay, give Copper her props!
I've been saying this lipsync reminds me of Jan v. Silky. Jan was coming for Silky's throat the entire time in their lipsync smack down battle and Silky pulled through with that guitar at the end. I find the same with these two talented queens on DRUK, just this time Black Peppa pulled a Denali last minute ✨.
I agree. Copper was doing better in the lipsync up till the end at least. But I do think it's the right thing that Copper should have been *clearly* better for them to drop Peppa. Peppa's been doing so strong. Would have been dropping a potential winner.

Damn, I have completely different opinions to you! For my: 5º Black Peppa and Jonbers (I can see what they were going for but they material doesnt work and its half way there. Jonbers at least I like the silouette and make up) 4º Danny Beard and Pixie polite (overwhelming, really simple and the padding and make up was rough. I put them in 4º because at least is finish, but they could be in the 5th place perfectly) 3º Copper top and Cheedar Gorgeous (Cheedar is amazing and Cooper is not bad at all. Yeah, not the best stylist choices but I can understand what she is giving. However, they were not 100% a colection and Cooper was not at the same level) 2º Le Fil and Sminty Drop (amazing looks both of them, especially Le Fil. I think Sminty Drop look was great as well but it feel more like fabric wrapped around her hips more than an actual garment. Also they needed a little more contrast, like with Sminty's gloves) 1º Dakota Schiffer and Baby (They both ate. I personally prefer Dakota's outfit but they are a collection, they play with textures, amazing make up and hair and also referencing this 60's/90's style. Great storyline for both of them as well this episode). Also the lipsync was very neck to neck for me. Maybe 60% Peppa, 40% Copper. They both gave it their all. Copper start winning but then Peppa outshine everything. So I agree with the result.

For the first time, I disagree with your ranking. Black Peppa and Jondess Blonde had a box of fabrics to pick from and they selected the worst. They took a risk with design but their execution was the worst of the episode. I understand why you had issues with Cheddar, Copper and the team's cohesion but BP and JB had other options for fabrics, had same time allotted to create these looks but they messed up completely. Those two should have been in the bottom. It was shady judging and it takes a lot from the quality that is this season.
Sorry forgot to like and comment , Copper Top as a Man years back was quite a successful actor on a hospital drama . She is dated but talented , I think they got rid of her here bc she would slay acting challenge and snatchgame . 😊❤️👏🇬🇧🌈
Really digging the scene hair on you Bussy 😍 Also I think the queens should just avoid social media while the show is airing. We all know the fanbase is super toxic, the queens don't need to put themselves through that.
But it's also the time when they get to meet and connect with new fans the most. They shouldn't have to hide away because some fans don't know how to behave. It's a shame.

They are both being protected. Pixie should have been in the bottom for the 1st ep. And so far, they keep forcing the narrative that Danny is a threat. All I hear from Danny every week is "this is not my thing" and "I'm out of my comfort zone."
I think I would have had Danny and Pixie in the bottom 4 rather than Cheddar and Copper. I was at least excited about what C+C brought with some story and interesting elements. Danny and Pixie looked off the rack and I was so bored 😴.
I agree. The only thing I can think of is that the judges wanted “high fashion”, which I can see Danny and pixie fitting into more than the costume/cosplay feel of team gold. Gold had wayyyy better outfits but maybe it’s just categorically wrong?
I love black peppa but her outfit wasn't a garment, the top was falling off and the only reason the skirt stayed on is because she was holding it up at all times. Her placement in bottom two was correct
I think it was Bussy’s subtle way of clapping back at all the people saying that she’s not a “real” drag queen because she’s just a bedroom queen and “doesn’t know enough about fashion to speak on it”…I thought it was hilarious. Apparently Copper didn't vote in the Nafta awards so I feel like the producers didn't like her 'going off script' and it contributed to her getting the boot.
She did vote, the only vote she refused was the “fading in the background” award as she thought it was in poor taste. You can watch her Popbuzz interview as she said who she voted for each category.

I really felt for Le Fil this week when they were talking about how hard it is to date because of who they are and present themselves. Because my god, Le Fil is gorgeous. In and out of drag. I’m so mesmerized by Le Fil and they seem to have such a wonderful personality! I would think myself so lucky if Le Fil even looked in my direction once 🫣
I don't think Copper was as bad as the judges made her out to be. The bottom part of her body suit wasn't the most interesting thing, but it wasn't bad in any way - which i can't say about either Peppa or Jonbers, whose outfits had almost nothing i liked...
This episode was the most obvious for placements in a long time. it was to the point where listening to the critiques felt pointless. The only thing that maybe was a bit of a surprise was splitting teams for the lipsync, but after hearing critiques, even that was pretty obvious. Both the green and gold teams had one person who was a mixed bag of good and bad, while the other person was absolutely ripped to shreds.
I was really hoping Bussy would be the one to finally say “Danny and Pixie did NOTHING” if each team had matched their looks the way they did, the entire runway would have been a disaster, but no one is saying it. They, both Danny and Pixie, should have been in the bottom and pixie should have left. And I love how somehow Copper is “fading into the background” even though she’s had a LOT more screen time than Pixie, but somehow Pixie’s still flying under everyone’s radar, including the judges.
thank youuuuuu i was trying to say exactly this to my boyfriend when we were watching it. they just had no point of view or design elements at ALL, which to me is a bigger crime than making an ambitious and ugly garment. they just made the same plain dress twice and styled it to give it any personality... meh
i felt like they unjustly made copper to be not as good since the beginning. how she was almost in the bottom in that “ru are you?” challenge is beyond me
Black’s outfit looked SO MUCH BETTER after she removed the bottom skirt part during the lip synch. I think she could have saved her piece had she just worn it as a super short micro dress and pinned it up to fit better up top
Ok like, no. I get ambition and wanting to do something creative, but you don't get a huge smattering of bonus points when the look is an absolute and total failure. Black Peppa is in my top 3 but she had the worst runway look by a mile. Her skirt was falling off. Her "bodice" slipped so much it was showing nipple from the get go. The zipper. It was a HORRIBLE outfit.
i’ve noticed that the two non-U.S. franchises i’ve watched seem to have a lot of… weird moments? i watched season 1 and 2 of CDR and season 3 and now 4 of DRUK and there are so many moments that i’m just left in shock because it makes no freaking sense. idk why they’re doing that. not that RPDR doesn’t have its weird moments (pearl and kandy), but it seems more frequent on canada’s and uk’s
Edit - originally said I completely agree with choices made this week then remembered Danny and Pixie that was beyond basic and I felt at least both the others in the bottom had tried something with more character. I’d personally have swapped Danny and Pixie for Copper and Cheddar However based on who they chose to be in the bottom. If they were going to spilt them they are the two I’d have put in the bottom. However, if you were going to be fair and judge it on teams then it would have been Jombers and Peppa for me as overall I feel they failed on both individual and team look. Personally I also didn’t think Peppa killed it. I can see overall why she won. I found that parts of her performance didn’t flow. It felt like nervous energy at times. Like she wanted to just kill it but nerves made it shakey and clunky at times and although it has a more dance beat to it the song also slows in places so I think going cartwheels flips kicks and splits, can be quite jarring at times. I really do love Peppa and I’m glad she’s staying and going on but I just don’t agree with the narrative of omg she killed it. With Denali there was a sense of in the zone ima kill this and she went into like a smooth rhythm. Where as Peppa at times was kinda, to me all over the place with it

I felt the same! I love Black Peppa, but I was actually left a bit disappointed after she hyped up her lip sync skills. It wasn't bad, but I did feel it was chaotic and I thought Copper brought more face and control. Just my opinion tho x.
They ran out of reasons for design challenges. “Here, pick a bingo box and make an outfit from it. We will then never mention bingo again for the rest of the episode. Oh and then the episode is named after the mini challenge”
One is getting the impression producers are looking at contestants “looks” for the categories they were given to build for runway categories and rank them… it seems that this is a behind the scenes tactic to “help” in judging- and booting.

Prob the first time I fully disagree with u honestly...I'm a HUGE Black Peppa and I really got to know and love Jonbers during these few episodes but to me an unfinished Look is just the worst...Copper's look was simple, boring and outshined by Cheddar's but it is a look. Black Peppa and Jonbers had probably the best concept for this challenge, it was sad to see they didn't think of taking a step back and just make a simplier outfit...Jonbers deserved to lip sync with Peppa in my opinion, but I understand why Copper went home...she was not giving looks, humor and came off as shy for sure...I was sad for her tho bc she was so fun and cute during her promo 💕💕
Team challenges will get judged individually or as groups - this time it was super weird because they did both! Group winners but individual bottoms. I thought Cheddar's look was possibly the best - would have been a great injustice to put her in the bottom. The bottom choices were fair although I do wonder why they didn't just put JB there with Peppa. She's probably not gonna go far anyways. Although I hope she will. It's just that I've been watching RPDR long enough to know how it works. I don't quite get Dakota and Baby winning. Their outfits had a good idea, but the execution seemed quite messy. But maybe I just need a better screen to see details etc. better. I thought Le Fil and Sminty deserved the win or individually judging Cheddar.
Agreed that Le Fil/Sminty should have won based on construction alone. Baby/Dakota's outfits were cute, but only cause they used a cute patterned fabric.
Green was by far the worst team. Having a good vision should not be rewarded if you can’t pull it off. Gold team had a complete look even if the taste level wasn’t there.
I thought Danny and Pixie would be in the bottom... they both were wearing the exact same look and it was very basic. I understand Peppa and Jonber's was unfinished but at least you could tell they had an elevated vision.

I actually thought Cooper Top was pretty good at lip syncing, I was very entertained by them both.

4º Danny Beard and Pixie polite (overwhelming, really simple and the padding and make up was rough. I put them in 4º because at least is finish, but they could be in the 5th place perfectly)
3º Copper top and Cheedar Gorgeous (Cheedar is amazing and Cooper is not bad at all. Yeah, not the best stylist choices but I can understand what she is giving. However, they were not 100% a colection and Cooper was not at the same level)
2º Le Fil and Sminty Drop (amazing looks both of them, especially Le Fil. I think Sminty Drop look was great as well but it feel more like fabric wrapped around her hips more than an actual garment. Also they needed a little more contrast, like with Sminty's gloves)
1º Dakota Schiffer and Baby (They both ate. I personally prefer Dakota's outfit but they are a collection, they play with textures, amazing make up and hair and also referencing this 60's/90's style. Great storyline for both of them as well this episode).
Also the lipsync was very neck to neck for me. Maybe 60% Peppa, 40% Copper. They both gave it their all. Copper start winning but then Peppa outshine everything. So I agree with the result.

For the first time, I disagree with your ranking. Black Peppa and Jondess Blonde had a box of fabrics to pick from and they selected the worst. They took a risk with design but their execution was the worst of the episode. I understand why you had issues with Cheddar, Copper and the team's cohesion but BP and JB had other options for fabrics, had same time allotted to create these looks but they messed up completely.
Those two should have been in the bottom. It was shady judging and it takes a lot from the quality that is this season.

They are both being protected. Pixie should have been in the bottom for the 1st ep. And so far, they keep forcing the narrative that Danny is a threat. All I hear from Danny every week is "this is not my thing" and "I'm out of my comfort zone."
I think I would have had Danny and Pixie in the bottom 4 rather than Cheddar and Copper. I was at least excited about what C+C brought with some story and interesting elements. Danny and Pixie looked off the rack and I was so bored 😴.
I agree. The only thing I can think of is that the judges wanted “high fashion”, which I can see Danny and pixie fitting into more than the costume/cosplay feel of team gold. Gold had wayyyy better outfits but maybe it’s just categorically wrong?

I really felt for Le Fil this week when they were talking about how hard it is to date because of who they are and present themselves. Because my god, Le Fil is gorgeous. In and out of drag. I’m so mesmerized by Le Fil and they seem to have such a wonderful personality! I would think myself so lucky if Le Fil even looked in my direction once 🫣

I don't think Copper was as bad as the judges made her out to be. The bottom part of her body suit wasn't the most interesting thing, but it wasn't bad in any way - which i can't say about either Peppa or Jonbers, whose outfits had almost nothing i liked...
This episode was the most obvious for placements in a long time. it was to the point where listening to the critiques felt pointless. The only thing that maybe was a bit of a surprise was splitting teams for the lipsync, but after hearing critiques, even that was pretty obvious. Both the green and gold teams had one person who was a mixed bag of good and bad, while the other person was absolutely ripped to shreds.

I was really hoping Bussy would be the one to finally say “Danny and Pixie did NOTHING” if each team had matched their looks the way they did, the entire runway would have been a disaster, but no one is saying it. They, both Danny and Pixie, should have been in the bottom and pixie should have left. And I love how somehow Copper is “fading into the background” even though she’s had a LOT more screen time than Pixie, but somehow Pixie’s still flying under everyone’s radar, including the judges.

Ok like, no. I get ambition and wanting to do something creative, but you don't get a huge smattering of bonus points when the look is an absolute and total failure. Black Peppa is in my top 3 but she had the worst runway look by a mile. Her skirt was falling off. Her "bodice" slipped so much it was showing nipple from the get go. The zipper. It was a HORRIBLE outfit.
The way she just pulled off that unfinished skirt for the lipsync showed how awfully constructed it was

This is the second UK season (arguably third) with weird judging/production. I'm starting to notice a pattern
i’ve noticed that the two non-U.S. franchises i’ve watched seem to have a lot of… weird moments? i watched season 1 and 2 of CDR and season 3 and now 4 of DRUK and there are so many moments that i’m just left in shock because it makes no freaking sense. idk why they’re doing that. not that RPDR doesn’t have its weird moments (pearl and kandy), but it seems more frequent on canada’s and uk’s
because the judges don’t understand uk culture/references. they’re trying to americanise the queens and the show so hard and it ain’t working

Edit - originally said I completely agree with choices made this week then remembered Danny and Pixie that was beyond basic and I felt at least both the others in the bottom had tried something with more character. I’d personally have swapped Danny and Pixie for Copper and Cheddar
However based on who they chose to be in the bottom.
If they were going to spilt them they are the two I’d have put in the bottom. However, if you were going to be fair and judge it on teams then it would have been Jombers and Peppa for me as overall I feel they failed on both individual and team look.
Personally I also didn’t think Peppa killed it. I can see overall why she won. I found that parts of her performance didn’t flow. It felt like nervous energy at times. Like she wanted to just kill it but nerves made it shakey and clunky at times and although it has a more dance beat to it the song also slows in places so I think going cartwheels flips kicks and splits, can be quite jarring at times.
I really do love Peppa and I’m glad she’s staying and going on but I just don’t agree with the narrative of omg she killed it. With Denali there was a sense of in the zone ima kill this and she went into like a smooth rhythm. Where as Peppa at times was kinda, to me all over the place with it

I actually thought copper topp was pretty safe overall. I would have put JB with black Peppa in the bottom since both looks were not that great.
Ironically, Copper Topp did Cheddar’s body suit; and Copper said she had some kind of side skirt which she ran out of time to finish.
That being said, the white boots had nothing to do with time! 😉
I felt Black Peppa lipsync was chaotic in a bad way... Cooper Topp was a winner for me, but they would not eliminate Black Peppa since she is a clear front runner.
I felt the same! I love Black Peppa, but I was actually left a bit disappointed after she hyped up her lip sync skills. It wasn't bad, but I did feel it was chaotic and I thought Copper brought more face and control. Just my opinion tho x.

Prob the first time I fully disagree with u honestly...I'm a HUGE Black Peppa and I really got to know and love Jonbers during these few episodes but to me an unfinished Look is just the worst...Copper's look was simple, boring and outshined by Cheddar's but it is a look. Black Peppa and Jonbers had probably the best concept for this challenge, it was sad to see they didn't think of taking a step back and just make a simplier outfit...Jonbers deserved to lip sync with Peppa in my opinion, but I understand why Copper went home...she was not giving looks, humor and came off as shy for sure...I was sad for her tho bc she was so fun and cute during her promo 💕💕
