    Hi Alison! As a New apartment owner (Foreigner) within a new project in Melbourne, do I have to notify ATO/SRO to send me Land Tax Assessment/Notice? OR they already know that my Apartment just occupy a small portion of land that is Not liable for Land Tax? Since Not liable for Land Tax, then do I have to pay Land Tax SURCHARGE/ABSENTEE OWNER SURCHARGE?
    Do I have to notify ATO or SRO that I am an "Absentee Owner"? Grateful for your reply!
