Bytch Where not everyone agrees with having a primate. But why bash someone who gives one a good home. This baby couldn’t went to a bad one, regardless of their beliefs on it, he still wouldn’t been sold to someone..
Primates are among the most dangerous and unpredictable animals kept as exotic pets. Even the small ones may just bite your face one day. It doesn’t help primates do have more human-like qualities. (Yeah I know humans are primates too)
@@kathyl9222 you think and domesticated animal couldn't hurt you either ? Dogs can turn on you, cats can turn on you even. Any animal has a chance to one day be and awesome companion, and the next be a unpridictable. That is why you need to educate youself one the animal you are caring for. Domesticated or not!
@@abishakwishakarma2840 domesticated animals are put in cages/kennels. Horses are put in stalls. What is the difference. Xander is obviously being cared for and loved. He was born in captivity, the same as some dogs, cats live stock. Animals breed in captivity wouldn't survive in the wild!
For everyone saying this is wrong, yea it's a bit unnatural and I don't agree being a monkey breeder should be normal out there. But as for Xander, he looks really happy and comfortable where he is. In the real world he would be out fighting and risking his life to survive, I'm sure this is much easier for him. As of evolution, just because a few small monkeys are kept as pets doesn't necessarily mean they will evolve to be domesticated animals. To the few people that do have them, as long as they are well taken care of and as happy as Xander, I wouldn't make a huge fuss. Although there are many uneducated owners and breeders out there that should not be dealing with such responsibility because they could be taking care of the monkey wrong which could be dangerous for both them and the monkey. Make sure you know what your signing up for! Xander is such a cutie!! ☺
its not that wrong. wrong is animal cruelty, destroying of their habitat, homes where they live. factory farming of pigs, cows, ducks should be a death sentence.
Xander was bred for captivity. He wasn't born in the wild or stolen from his mom. He wouldn't survive in the wild. He is well taken care of and loved. It's not cruel or inhumane.
impressive! you are like ace ventura! how can i learn your knowledge about animals? and why is it called old world and new world if its just a matter of east and west of a region? so in the mokey kingdom there is basically always a east vs west world? i just knew about the east vs west thing from chimps (the brutal) vs bonobos (the kind).
I have to say you are doing an awesome job taking care of him. Your testimony of it's alot of work and dedication is greatly appreciated. Everyone with a monkey or thinking of getting a monkey need to see this video. I myself have only had kids, dogs, birds and fish but either way making sure they had/have exactly what they need for a healthy long life is what I did just as you with your monkey. You accommodate and share your space your life your love. I enjoyed your video. Tfs.
Aww her heart was stolen when she saw him - just think how his biological mama felt when she had her baby taken away so soon after she gave birth to him.
@@soldatolacrimosa1868 I had two rescue cats who died of old age at 20. I'm glad I could give them a good forever home. I decided not to get any more pets. So, I took your advice, thanks!
@@soldatolacrimosa1868 There's a huge difference between cats and dogs, which naturally become independent from their mothers pretty early on (although 8 weeks old as is typical is definitely too early for separation), and a primate like a monkey who by nature will rely on their mother for MUCH longer, and both the mother and baby form a deep emotional bond with each other. There's a reason primates don't have litters, and usually have either single babies or twins - it's because primate babies are so dependent on their mothers for so long, thus nature selected single births and deep emotional bonds. So when a tiny infant monkey is taken from his mother to be sold as a pet, there are two victims. Both mother and baby are traumatized. The baby, hopefully, recovers and re-bonds with the human - but it doesn't make it okay. Cats/dogs? They walk away as soon as they can wean the litter. Birds? As soon as it can leave the nest, buh bye. Reptiles? They often don't even bother to stick around after laying the eggs Amphibians/fish? Squirt out the eggs and cya Primates are very different, and are much closer to the relationship between a human mother and baby than they are to any other pet example you could compare them to.
Just imagine if all of this energy, time, expense and dedication was used on helping just one homeless child. My, my, what a world it would truly be. People always get their priorities mixed the hell up. Yeah, he's cute if that's what people consider cute, but he is still an animal and PEOPLE COME FIRST!
This is the sweetest thing I've ever seen. He is obviously very well looked after and is living an extremely fulfilled and loving life~ To everyone saying it's unnatural and whatnot, who cares? Cats and dogs weren't always domestic animals. Xander is clearly happy, and that's all that matters.
яεvεs arent dogs and cats the same? they are taken from they're mother at a young age and sold. But they are still happy, arent they? If they are happy why is it cruel?
gamingerpo I think the ideology of breeding animals and selling them to humans is cruel cause they are taken from their mother and sold to humans. Picture if that happened to humans. But I think that buying a rescue is not cruel because it's now about the animal needing a better home instead. Just my opinion. And yes, I am guilty of buying animals from a breeder, but I now realize it's wrong and will go to rescues moving forward.
Who cares that it was ripped from its mother at days old by unscrupulous breeders, who cares that he’ll be traumatised forever ( as will his mother) as a result, who cares she’ll have all his teeth ripped out in a year or two, who cares he’ll never get to see the jungle, never have a monkey mate, never live a healthy life ? As long as the human ( joke) is having fun playing “mommy”🤮
She shouldn't have it as a pet, whether she looks after it well or not, they're not made to be pets and neither should they be in this environment, they should be in a group of monkeys socializing. End of discussion.

Stephanie, I watched the vid you made after your breakup and you look like you're doing so well now. I am happy for you and wish you the best.
Glad y'all had a interview..good for y'all.hugs and kisses!!!
I saw a baby monkey being feed dog food thumbs up to you and every Wednesday baby Curtis you can always tell when animals are being well care for
Your videos and information are so helpful, thank you!
Zander looked like a parkour prob when his friend came over
First you have a beautiful home an awesome amount of things to provide play and stimulation so in that respect I applaud you for treating him so wonderful
When you got him at 3 weeks did you wonder if he was taken from his mom etc? primates are very much like humans so naturally you became a mom to him
Another woman on YT had the same type of monkey provided her with many things and love like you
In the end she gave her up. She visited her and it was heartbreaking.
This species can get on the wild side. Nala is the name of that monkey tear jerker!
I have parrots but it’s different then primates.
cockatoosmom I never saw him mom, just him. The person I got him from did not have the parents. I don’t know the story behind it.
@@MonkeyXanderr - I'm sure his whole family is murdered, because they protested with biting! They didn't ask the mother monkey: please, may i have your baby? No, they just took it! He should be around his own kind, you have to give the monkey up, in a couple of years, he will start to bite out of frustration!
@@Betty823 not really, you can see her channel, she is very fine, and also look at another example: Monkeyboo...
So monkeys can make good pets for the right person, they are loving and you will have a very very cool family member
He is living his best life
The thumbnail was just awwwwwwww 🥰😌🤓🥳😇😃😍
The monkey is lucky enough to meet a caring and lovely master like you. Very warm to see he is happy to stay with you.
Tanbilu Chan 🙈

I usually hate seein animals in captivity, but I must say u Really have it hooked up for him ,not just a small cage with a couple things in it, u have alot for him to climb n play with, Keep on giving him a good life with lots of love, Bless u both
She put a nappy of the monkey 🤣
I'm sick and most of my time I'm in a wheel chair and watching Xander makes my day. Thank u for sharing Xander .
Get well soon
wendy Haselden you need to eat raw meat and get sun exposure
Evil Vhs WTH?!🙊😷

U need to get a life and that's all
I love watching this channel, so satisfying. A lot mistreat animals but she doesn’t he is actually happy. Way to go Stephanie. I see other monkey have loads of sugar but he is actually calm
So adorable🤗 Pet owners like you make the world a better place, thank you!!!😘❤️xo
I am so so happy to see someone actually taking care of their monkey with love
i think u are doing a great job. so many sad videos of monkeys in clothes n being not fed to train..but u do a fantastic job. you can tell u love him
Love is not enough! Go and see the sad statistics of monkeys being handed in as unwanted pets, because those women that are doting on baby monkeys get sick of all the hard work and the stink and cost! Or they get married and have their own babies, that are even cuter!
Affection isn't the only way to show love. Don't be a parent.
Awww I love monkeys 🐒🐵🥰🤗
My heart... he’s so cute
Punjabi Rupalli ❤️🙈
2:49 having fun both of them
Cute he's cute
He looks very happy I don’t understand all these negative comments he’s so adorable ❤️
Bytch Where not everyone agrees with having a primate. But why bash someone who gives one a good home. This baby couldn’t went to a bad one, regardless of their beliefs on it, he still wouldn’t been sold to someone..
U should be caged like that
Primates are among the most dangerous and unpredictable animals kept as exotic pets.
Awwwww he’s sooo cute!its ADORABLE!
So beautiful, thank you for sharing 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
It's not cruel or inhumane.
thanks for the info , i did not know that! how did you find out they get carried by their fathers?
impressive! you are like ace ventura! how can i learn your knowledge about animals? and why is it called old world and new world if its just a matter of east and west of a region? so in the mokey kingdom there is basically always a east vs west world? i just knew about the east vs west thing from chimps (the brutal) vs bonobos (the kind).
ok thanks for the education! off topic: i personally believe the earth is flat and not a ball as they claim.
So freakin adorable
I have to say you are doing an awesome job taking care of him. Your testimony of it's alot of work and dedication is greatly appreciated. Everyone with a monkey or thinking of getting a monkey need to see this video. I myself have only had kids, dogs, birds and fish but either way making sure they had/have exactly what they need for a healthy long life is what I did just as you with your monkey. You accommodate and share your space your life your love. I enjoyed your video. Tfs.
You could tell he loves her he’s so attached lol
Bless her heart. She knows how to care for her beloved capuchin
Kids all over the world are hating on Xander's plush lifestyle.
Pining for one for 3 years now. Not allowed in Illinois. You and Xander are blessed.
Love How Good You areTo Xander
He's got more toys than my kids!
Blue Cactus Dairy Goats he’s just a little spoiled lol
MonkeyXander he's adorable! I want one but I know I'm already pushing it with my husband!
Aww her heart was stolen when she saw him - just think how his biological mama felt when she had her baby taken away so soon after she gave birth to him.
I thought abt this too :(
You should probably not own any pets then. It happens to all species.
Reptiles? They often don't even bother to stick around after laying the eggs
Amphibians/fish? Squirt out the eggs and cya
Primates are very different, and are much closer to the relationship between a human mother and baby than they are to any other pet example you could compare them to.
@@mchevre good point
He has a baby chair lol
"Aww he looks just like you"
Her: :O
I CAN'T GET OVER XANDER!!!!! HE'S SOOOOOO CCCCUUUUTTTTTTEEEEE
Oh I love Stephanie and Xandra ! Don't see enough of you on you tube ! You two have such a unique and precious relationship !!
Valerie Budlender we have this new channel :)
He looks so smart
I can only imagine the mount of work, but she’s so dedicated, awesome
He's SO cuteeeeee OMG!
You spoiled this monkey thank you for taking care of this baby your a great mom ! Not many know how to take of monkeys you do.
4:15 me when my mom tells me I gotta go to school
I love this rooms for the monkey. Playing, climbing and of course a safer room for him. ❤❤❤
This is the sweetest thing I've ever seen. He is obviously very well looked after and is living an extremely fulfilled and loving life~
To everyone saying it's unnatural and whatnot, who cares? Cats and dogs weren't always domestic animals. Xander is clearly happy, and that's all that matters.
Cyan Dino ❤️
яεvεs arent dogs and cats the same? they are taken from they're mother at a young age and sold.
@@claudward6529 nope ur wrong mate, there are so many people that don't remove their teeth
He opened the water bottle to let it all spill out and run off 😭😭😭😂
I think I'll just stick with my pet motorcycle's! LoL 😂😂
That Amazing Story Information About Your Pet Monkey 💪🏻🇺🇸🐵
She shouldn't have it as a pet, whether she looks after it well or not, they're not made to be pets and neither should they be in this environment, they should be in a group of monkeys socializing. End of discussion.
Animals can be happy in all types of settings
@@michaelgibbons4297 Xander still would be happier in a colony of other capuchins. Hes well taken care of by his owner, but in terms of socialization and allowing his capuchin instincts it's kind of bare minimum.
You're alot of fun at parties
Facts! They should be in their natural habitat. In the wild. Not in a home :(
Awwww he looks just like Marcel!
I love your monkey he is so beautiful and loving... You did an amazing job with him. Thank you for sharing your experience and thought
That's very kool love it
Why not consider a career where the love you obviously feel for these creatures could benefit many of them?
Jeremy Gann why not consider a career as a mime?
Loved the way he kissed that lil girl 😘
Guess I'm gonna add a Capuchin to my list of animals I want.
so cute, that's her baby. It really shows how much she loves him.
