- Are you considering booking the Barcelo Corralejo Bay adults only hotel in Corralejo, Fuerteventura? Maybe you're looking for adult only hotels in the Canaries or the best adult only hotel in Fuerteventura? Maybe it's all inclusive adults only in the Canary Islands you're after? I had a wish list for a recent trip to Fuerteventura. The Barcelo Corralejo Bay adult only hotel seemed to tick a lot of my boxes. Did it live up to expectations? Here's my full review.

you don't get much better than a Barcelo hotel. This hotel is fabulous. Don't know what you expected!!
We really enjoyed our stay Sue. It's a great choice and was pretty much exactly as we'd hoped - a solid 4 star option from a dependable brand.
Lovely review. I hope that this kind of travel is in our near future, with our youngest going to university next year.
Hopefully you’ll be able to escape for a break! That said trips with adult ‘kids’ are fun too 🥰

Prefer Barcelo sands myself
I had a wander through the Barcelo Sands and it does look lovely! Looks newer and more modern maybe? Had we not been looking for an adult only hotel vibe I think I might’ve been swayed too. As it was Easter holidays the Corralejo Sands was jam packed with families.

At that time there's hardly any bairns, in fact my guid lady and I prefer the children's pool, usually only a couple of toddlers if any.
The suites overlooking pool are the best rooms, deluxe with whirlpool not really worth the extra.
