@@steelsymen5529 jumping mid combo/pressure cancels animations where you would simply get bursted like zato's c.s, if you stand still and block even if the animation ended you can get bursted because of the long recovery, if you jump you can block immediatly, so thats why he jumped. Im not that good explaining, but its basically: jump and block get burst baited!!!

​@isacopd Before the season 3 update, there were only two 1-star characters - Zato and Asuka - now Asuka has since dethroned Zato as the hardest character in the game (according to Gobou, and I agree); and they have added Jack-O and Chaos to the list of 1-star characters - but Jack-O and HC were 2-star characters previously.
And I will agree with the previous poster - Zato players usually downplay more than most other players - and it is a shame, as they are such an amazing character...
