Anyone who runs across this video now ... if you want to replace the switches they are 3x3x1.5mm smd microswitches, super cheap. If you have a halfway decent soldering iron and any kind of skill it is actually faster and easier to solder a new switch on than screw around taking them apart and cleaning them. One other thing you may want to check is that when you press one of the buttons you feel and hear the click of the button, I had to replace the wife's key because she hulk smashed the buttons and damaged the nub on the underside of the button that contacts the switch ... just remember that if you replace the case you'll need to move the transponder chip to the new case. It looks like a little glass pill and is under the circuit board in a recessed area.
It is possible to carefully remove the top cover from the switch then clean the internal contacts. Then reassemble the switch without the need to solder a new switch

That came apart like it's been taken apart quite a few times previously.
yes it was sent to us in that condition, customer tried to fixed it and they could not open it
