Have you considered magnetic blaster over phantom dancer? Maybe as a third item after runaans. Extra attack range is always nice, and considering how fast Jinx autos and moves alongside her passive, she can rack up multiple procs of Magnetic’s energized effects, giving her some magic damage too. Also being able to poke someone with a rocket across the screen can be pretty funny Yeah I know Magnetic doesnt give any AD while Phantom does, but attack range for an ADC is always gonna be super duper useful, plus it’s 100 gold cheaper!
