Hi love my pups, my girl had two puppies 10 days ago. One pup sounds like he's got a snotty nose, he didn't sound snotty for the first eight days but for two-three days now he sounds snotty. Ive listened to his chest and i can't hear any sequelch sounds have you had this with any pups, what should I do. Ive already used aspirator to clear out fluid from his nose but still sounds congested.
I loved the c-section video. It was so informative! Mama and the vet both did great. And Mama already has her motherly instincts. It never ceases to amaze me to see the relationship between a mama and her baby. 🐾
James how come your females don't pant really hard like mine do? My last 3 litters from 2 different females panted for days hard. Vet didn't say much but I was thinking they were low in calcium. What say you.
I see dogs panting the first couple of days after C-section as the milks coming in I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. Also, I heated working system doesn’t hit the mother up because the heat is only on the perimeter under the pig rail and that’ll help the situation too

I was able to attend and assist the C-Section of my last litter here in NorCal in 2008. Hoping my new female took during her recent TCI on 8/29/23. Our next appointment is an ultrasound on 9/29/23. It’s the same reproductive clinic we had before, but sadly, the founding vet, Dr. J Metzler, passed away recently. Hopefully I can talk our new vet into assisting if our English Bully Girl is pregnant, since I’m a former certified surgical OR tech/surgeon’s assistant for humans. Thanks again for your vids, your pups, your inspiration and all you both do! It is VERY much appreciated after stepping back into this arena after many years! GBY All🙏🥰🙏

X-ray to look for pneumonia and if so treat with clavamox

Reprimand her if she bites a puppy or put an Elizabethan collar on her or a muzzle to stop her from doing that

How much cottage cheese and how often do you give the mothers?
A couple of tablespoons on each serving from whelp till about day 3

Ant cottage cheese is good and help with calcium level and milk production a good spoonful on each meal
