Then it will have you select which item then it will ask the reason, certain choices will require a photo or video of the product to prove your reasoning. Then you comment what your issue with the product is. A lot of times items below $10 they allow you to keep the item

You just walked us through the refund process with the extra step of involving customer service. It seems to me from my experience that if the order is under ten dollars they don't make you return it. Over ten, maybe 15 and they'll want it returned. So this wasn't helpful at all because it doesn't guarantee no return

The latest update on late delivery compensation is (Sep14,2023), If your order comes later then the days stated you get a $5 credit… If it comes on/before the latest estimated delivery date and it’s been 48hrs with still no package from when the stated date was issued you’ll get $15 credit back to your account but you need to apply for it yourself. It’s not just given to you.
You have to say the item you received was damage. If you just say you don't want it anymore they make you send it back. I don't want a broken item sent back cuz I can't sell it
