Well, women have always loved this type of guys. I think you can't believe it because you're looking at it through "the male gaze" or maybe a "street dude perspective". No homo - but this brother is conventionally attractive, has a good looking face, clean cut, tall and decently built and has nice manners. I wouldn't dress like him but he dressed well.
