French Food Truck - Episode 1: Can this Citroen H-van be restored?

This is the first introduction to my rusty old car. A Citroen H-van that i will try restore as much as possible. And I really want to take you with me on the journey.
Specially i need your help and tips for doing this the best way.
I think it is a '72 model HY78, but correct me if I'm wrong.
So where should we start? Leave a comment !

Doing the same thing as you with a 1981 Hvan. Having trouble with starting it at the mo.

They will come during summer 2024. At the moment car is under 5 feet of snow 🥶
