This is what I did today. I feel so sick and miserable. I had toast and apple sauce for breakfast with a glass of milk, a protein smoothie shake for a lunch, a small chicken noodle soup cup for a little snack and I had some mashed potatoes and applesauce for dinner..cannot believe how much your appetite changes when you have a cold/virus, but definitely was only craving soft foods/liquidy foods. The only way I’m getting vitamin c and zinc is through my multi vitamins and I’m ok with that at this point (my appetite just is not there and I’ve accepted that). I’m hoping to feel better in the next few days.
Thank you for this unique video. Hope you’re feeling better. I was surprised by the smoothie. When I’m sick I tend to go with soup cuz I need to warm up. And toast of course. 😉
Your hair looks so good for a sick day! Also, now I'm craving cinnamon toast. There's just something about it - the texture, the saltiness from the butter, the sweet and crunchy sugar bits...mmmm...
One of my favorite things to eat is whole grain bread toasted with peanut butter on it and thinly sliced cheddar cheese on the side. My daughter who is 26, loves this too! Not sure what it is about it but it is so good😊
Blood sugar is up when we are sick so eating low carb is essential so we don’t stress our bodies more by driving blood sugar up even higher with carbs …. Viruses and illness raise blood sugar when we are sick so sipping bone broth is best to recover the quickest

You look fantastic for being sick!

Love toast as well when I'm sick. Will try a smoothie when that time happens.
Haha thank you! I was luckily a bit on the mend here!

Make homemade bone broth so easy in crockpot I keep it stored in freezer for when I’m under the weather . Fantastic stuff
But what if you can’t taste anything bc of the congestion!??? 😩 😩 😩 I have ZERO desire for food!!!
Thanks for the insight!! Feel better soon!!

XOXO thanks for being here!
Wait sorry but, you only had two pieces of toast in 3 days
I'm assuming she means she had two pieces at a time? I don't know.
