A bat got into our house (presumably through our fireplace) and hid when I went outside to get a net. Couldn’t find it after about 15 minutes so I decided to search for sounds on RUclips and started to play this sound. IMMEDIATELY the bat scurried out from behind a painting and I was able to safely capture and release it! Thank you to whoever made this! I would not have been able to sleep otherwise!!!
I have 2 to five bats consistently on my patio. I came across this video. I played it and it they left almost immediately! I will make playing this videopart of my sunset routine in hopes they go elsewhere for the night. Thank you to who ever made this sound. It is quite amazing!

DO NOT play this if you’re not sure there’s a nest of bats in your house. It will literally stir up any bats that are in the house, and you’ll have to deal with an entire nest of them.
If there is a nest, you are already dealing with Life With Bats, which is hell, I can say... But I agree with a safety-warning, don't just carelessly play.

I turned off all the lights except the one outside, and left the door open - then played this sound and after fluttering around for a couple of minutes it finally found its way out! Retraced my steps a while later and my mosquito eat visitor had left….but I think I will let it play on the living room tv tonight just to be sure lol

Hello! The volume does not need to be very high if the speaker is not too far away. It is more important to be consistent and play the video several days in a row so that once it is gone it does not come back. I hope it works for you! Greetings 😉👍
I have a nursery roost of pipistrelle bats in my loft. The mums come here in spring and give birth, then then fly around for 6 weeks with a baby clinging to them catching bugs at night. The "fun" starts when the babies go 'solo', they get into the main part of my house through various tiny gaps from the loft. I find them everywhere. In cups, in boxes, under sofas, behind pictures...The best way to get them out is by opening a window (at night) and turning off inside lights. They will fly out towards starlight or moon light. If they are on the floor and seem disinclined to fly, pick them up gently with a soft cloth and put them outside. The ones i have are petfectly harmless to humans, just a nuisance in the house. Fortunately this phase only lasts approx 6 weeks or until they get the hang of it!
