I think the song is about his struggle being a decent Muslim (or a complying religious person) and how he has not been appreciative of things that god has given him. Also, how people dislike him without understanding him.
This is one of the best poetic rap tracks I've heard

Opened youtube during office hours to get some help and suddenly clicked on this reaction xD Firstly, because it's on a Hashim song who I adore a lot and secondly because it's by my one of favorite reactors. Listen to his freestyle named "Third Class" which uses three different beats. The wordplays and references will make your head spin (you MUST read the subs in that).
I literally heard this song on the same day before you guys dropped the Saanson ki Maala reaction by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.
I was surprised after hearing the same song twice in two different styles. ❤️

Naam bana lia per ban na saka namazi (the one who regularly offers prayers) mein
Mein nai jo likha woh inki khata (means it's their fault)
Mean nai jo likha woh ink ki khata ( shout out to Ink; his producer, matlab usne beat dene ki ghalti ki toh Hashim nai gana banaya) edit: also ink refers to the literal ink in his pen meaning he is writing because he has a lot of fuel in the tank i.e the ink in his pen.
Mein to naam ka bas jaanleva. Jaanleva was Hashim's track also, he refers to himself as jaanleva because he served in the military for some time. But this time he downplays on this title because at the end he is just a human being relying at the Mercy of God.
Inhe kehne do, mujhe sehne do, yehi ilaaj mere zakhmo ka rehne do, yeh nahi jante mujhe yay hi karen ge paar: Ok so in Islam there is this concept that if someone talks ill about you or behind your back then in the end you are going to end up taking all his good deeds which will help you get across the bridge (called pul e sirat) to jannah, hence mujhe yehi karen ge paar as he is going to take away all the good deeds of those who talk ill about him.
And lastly, I am sorry Jyoti, it was my original comment under jalega where I accused you of disrespecting YS art. You can react however you want and give your honest opnions. I can understand that you are not much aware of the scene in Pakistani hip hop and your language is not Urdu, so it is hard catching all the bars. I hope this comment reaches you.

Thankyou for covering this song finally🤩 I don't know about you guys but Hashim's vocals give me goosebumps everytime💯 and his lyrics always hit hard🔥There is another collab of theirs that you need to get to asap called "Takht". It released a couple of weeks ago on Ink heart's YT channel and features another great lyrical Mumbai based rapper named "Gravity". He is also one of the best in the dhh scene🙌🏻 and i dont think you have have gotten to any of his stuff yet. Do consider covering it on the channel.Till then, stay awesome💯 You both are ❤
