The splits are easy but Parker is still flexible for his age. Gymnastics is really fun because you can do all sorts of tricks! Like an ariel, splits, cartwheel, backbend, and so much more. I self taught myself everything I know about gymnastics so I'm pretty average.

I cannot believe how amazing parker is at just 5 years old! I have tried aerial hoop before and it was really hard! That kid is amazing and he's so flexible, I can see this kid competing in the Olympics in the future!

To all the children concerned if she's "hurting the baby" doing all these things, as a mother I can tell you that she is perfectly fine and so is the baby and none of this harms the baby. No need to worry. Babies still in the belly can withstand a lot and it would really take a major amount of damage to harm them. Lots of pregnant mothers have fallen on their stomachs due to clumsiness (I can attest to this) and everything is always okay. If by chance there are mothers out there who watch Miranda/Colleen, sound off in the comments and learn these children's about pregnancy. Lol

many women don't change their routine at all, which means women who are super fit still go to the gym daily, others ride their horses, it all depends on the woman but Colleen is only 3 months she can legit do most things fine. Are people really saying she could damage the baby she legit did nothing, lol! The Olympic rower Helen Glover is still rowing at 8 months pregnant, she said it's hard sometimes to get around the bump on her social media lol
