Tuska is Metal music festival in Finland. Finnish metal bands did this 20th aniversary song to celebrate 20 years of Tuska.
TUSKA Open air is a Finnish metal music fetival, all players, singers etc. are who-is-who in metal business. Well you seem to have pretty good run down of this. Tuska is Finnish word for Pain.
This festival has been a stable of many starting bands, they get little boost when main event is Amorphis, NW, Sabaton has been there. Bands like that, small and unknown. 😆
Rather, Tuska translates to Agony. Absolutely great institution all in all. The metal folk around the world indeed are a force for the betterment of the humankind.
