ESSEBI - Cold forming machines

Essebi founded in 1973 is today one of the few European Companies producing a full range of Cold Forming machines to manufacture any kind of standard and special formed parts in the small and medium size diameters, using every kind of wire (aluminium alloys, steel, copper, brass, stainless steel), from the diameter 3 to 16. In every dimension the machines are produced with three, four, five, and six dies , with a "modular" technology and a special care of the ergonomics, to make easy the work of the setters. They are also produced in a "boltmaker" version, combined with pointing and threading machine. Starting from the mid 90's the production of screws and bolts began moving in the direction of the Far East. The main factory in Italy has reinforced its activities of technological research and development as well as the manufacturing of special machines for cold and semi-hot former product plus automated and semi-automated machines, with the most advanced electronic system available for adjustments and rapid changes of equipment.
Our Shanghai factory focuses on the manufacture of machine for the Asian market which are still geared primarily to the mass production of standard pieces. The technology of the press is exactly identical to that found in Europe being developed with constant support on the part of Italian engineers and technician with the result being high-tech machines that can be placed on the market at unquestionably competitive prices.
