I CANNOT get over my goofy face in the thumbnail 😂 I forgot to take a thumbnail pic, so I had to screenshot the video and this was the best I got lolllllllll
I think if Sephora wants to contribute more to no/low waste, they should provide packaged samples of every product. That way there would be less returns made.
Agreed, I've been dying for that. I spoke to a brand founder recently and asked why they don't make more minis and samples, and she said that her research found that samples/minis created more waste AND more costs for her business. I get why brands don't do it but I wish they did.
Thank you for the review. I truly appreciate your honesty. It helped me make my decision since I had both in my cart. I was hoping the milk would be more hydrating but ,y under eye is dry and I hate when concealer accentuates that. Thank god for you! Hope you are well xx
so helpful!! and you’re my skin twin so the swatches were 🔥. would loveee a concealer video like that lip balm/tint one where you compared them all!! 😍😍
Thank you for the reviews of both of these. I also have the sample of that same shade in CT. I quite like it. I am 47 and have both fine lines and hollowness. I am still interested in trying the Milk though.
This was so helpful! Thanks! I’m interested in the Milk concealer, but I’m just worried it will be hard to get product out of that stubby packaging after a while
Fabulous review! I feel like I learned a lot about different concealer types from watching this. Would love to eventually hear your thoughts comparing these to the kulfi. I have hollow under eyes and also dryness, so I’m kinda torn between these two but want to try the milk. Thanks so much!!!
I think you’d really enjoy the Kulfi - if you can find a match in their limited shade range. However it’s only medium coverage whereas Milk can be full
Love the thorough review! I recently purchased the Milk concealer and so far I’m really liking it. My under eye tends to dry out and I find the Milk does provide a good amount of hydration.
Thank you so much for this video and all the swatches since we have very similar coloring. I have the same shade sample of the CT and need to test it more. I wear a small amount of the Fitglow corrector in peach under most all my concealers. I’m still on the hunt for the perfect one for dryness, hollows and fine lines. ❤
@@StateofKait yes and I do like it, I use a small amount. Sometimes it’s a little heavy along with the corrector, I just need to remember to use a small amount of both. Thanks!
NYX is suuuuper thin and dewy, like a serum. I don’t like it under my eyes but I love it all over the face in place of foundation. Not enough coverage for my under eyes
I just bought the milk one, it intrigued me because I haven’t liked any of the latest ones out . I’ve been using Laura mercier concealer for years and with ones I like I end up just mixing them in with it . We’ll see how milk does on it’s own and mixed … 😊
The year of the concealer... Completely agree! I would like to learn which concealers work best for replacing foundation / spot concealing. I'm not big on full foundation face look
I’m my opinion - any concealer that has a spreadable texture, medium or buildable coverage, and natural finish. For this purpose, I use Colourpop pretty fresh, nyx serum concealer, Kulfi main match, Rem sweetener concealer, etc
The CT I bought had literal shimmer in it it was super sparkly I couldn't find a way to make it work... I believe that some batches of that CT concealer was a little heavier in whatever light reflecting properties they used.. I was bummed because I love a hydrating concealer but not one that makes my undereyes sparkle!
What are you wearing on your whole face and cheeks to get that perfect glow not greasy look? There are so many concealers I have not tried, due to some highly recommended ones not working out (too dry, i.e. Charlotte Tilbury magic away, Too Faced BTW, NARS radiant, etc. etc.). But I remember ones that were discontinued like Too Faced radiant concealer before BTW, then they do another radiant with coconut water because radiant is back in style.
I’m not sure if anyone else mentioned this, but I worked at Sephora for several years (left in 2019 pre-pandemic so not sure if this is still accurate), but Sephora typically re-uses returned products for store testers if possible. As long as the product is in good condition it can be re-used :)
@@StateofKait honestly, I think very often! At least for stores in Canada we have dedicated teams that go through every single product that gets returned and make them into testers. Most things that get returned are used very lightly, so I’d say in my time there maybe 75% of the products were re-used. Sephora is pretty consistent with their processes between Canada & the US so I’d imagine it’s the same or similar there :)

Thank you!!! I would avoid the milk if you’re concerned about dryness. It’s not BAD it’s just not hydrating to me
What a great wear test/comparison video. Thank you!!
So helpful! Was very curious about these concealers. Random, but I love the background. Those arched shelves and the lamp are beautiful!
Thanks! It’s my boyfriend’s parents house

I ordered the Milk Makeup one in 8c and it’s being delivered Monday….I hope I like it 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Yeah it’s not super drying or anything like that, it’s just more drying than the Charlotte tilbury
Such a thorough review
Very detailed. Thanks!

Have you tried the Fitglow concealer?

Doesn't Laura Mercier get dry
@@yasminemusa7624 no not really it’s just thin so I add another concealer with it always for more coverage. Also I like the tone .. it’s very neutral

I have highlighter on my cheeks but the rest of my skin is just skincare with a little concealer
I agree with the Milk one looking 'flat' compared to the CT one!

I now wonder, how the milk compares to the nars soft matte concealer. Does anyone know?
ummmmmmm your background. 😍
Thanks!
The CT looks better
that itsy MILK applicator looks annoying honestly. i dont like it. love the CT. got a sample too, same shade. bought a full size the next day :-)
I don't like the applicator either, I much prefer a paddle applicator
