@@DiamondWalker i was a big time roller bladder and roller hockey guy until a few years ago I saw you and Tony Zane jam skating on RUclips. I was 44 at the time. I thought that was so so sick! I told myself, I want to be like that. This march I bought my first pair of vanilla jr skates lagoon. Wow!! I knew how to skate, but jam skating was a whole new level.
I love exercise and music and why not add skating. It was tough for the first month but I picked it up really quick. 3 months later I'm doing really well thanks to your videos. Without them I couldn't learn the movement. Jam skating just isn't popular where I live BUT I FREAKING LOVE IT!!👊

what kind of wheels do you use in terms of hardness?
I use SureGrip velvet wheels. They’re meant for indoor skating but I use them outdoor. *I don’t suggest doing that though lol
what hardness are your wheels? thanks
My wheels are like a 101 a hardness
What's the best skates to use (make and model) for older folk who haven't skated in decades? Looking for friends. ♥
I’d suggest a pair that fits easily within your budget and Is not going to break the bank. The last thing you want to do is invest in an expensive pair of skates and only use them a couple of times.
