Penalty completely missed by all officials commentators and coaches!! 65 min. Play has been stopped for head injury on Turnerl. Ref appears to decide that as it was head injury she would do a drop ball restart. Ref blows whistle to restart game and drops the ball back into play at the feet of Utd keeper. This is the official rule for the ref to follow if a drop ball restart is in the penalty area which this was. Keeper picks up the ball and rolls it to Le Tissier who then stops the ball and puts her hand on it as though she is going to take a free kick....but the ball is already back in play either by the ref dropping the ball.
Le Tissier is not standing anywhere near the place Turner went down ( that was the position the ref dropped the ball) This is a blatant penalty yet everyone appears to have missed it!!
