    Hello, is it possible to change the direction of rotation of the motor in the speed mode by activating a digital input?

      @automationdirect.comdrives1506  6 месяцев назад

      @skyOfpersia, absolutely! If you set one of your digital inputs to 0x06 "Reverse Direction of Input Command" it will change the motors direction in either torque or speed mode. Thanks for the excellent question!

      @@automationdirect.comdrives1506 Can you not reverse using registers?

    • @automationdirect.comdrives1506

      @skyOfpersia, you can absolutely reverse using registers. If you assign a digital input to 0x06 "Reverse Direction of Input Command" it will reverse the input direction for speed or torque mode. You can then trigger that digital input over a communication connection, such as Modbus registers. For further details take a look at P3.006 and P4.007 in the SV2 manual. This works for the SureServo 2. I have no idea if it would work for a different drive from a different manufacturer like the ASda B2 Delta.

    Is it possible to send a signal to this analog input using Ethernet communication?

    • @automationdirect.comdrives1506

      You can change the three preset speed parameters (Speed 1, 2, and 3) over Ethernet while running the drive and motor, to alter the active speed. You cannot directly influence the analog input using communication.
