After a couple of weeks of inactivity (the weather is difficult here), today I bring you the frontal push. It was a tough recording, with wind, rain and a broken tripod, but I managed to finish it. As I tell you in the video, it has a lot in common with the lateral push, so I focused on certain things that can be practical, regardless of the specific technical description of this gesture.
