You probably are not aware how racist the comment about fried chicken and watermelon sounded. You have mixed race children. You should be more knowledgeable and educated about comments such as that because of them. By the way, Thanksgiving holiday meals traditionally consist of turkey, not fried chicken, mashed potatoes, dressing or stuffing, and other side dishes and a variety of desserts. It’s a holiday that families usually gather together and give thanks for everything.
@Carsky2020 And this why I started the comment with he may not be aware how racist it sounded. That’s why it’s important for him to educate himself. And by the way, why would he say fried chicken and watermelon? That stereotype has been associated with black people. Racism exists all over the world not just America. In addition his wife is black. I understand your husband thinks he's funny but a lot of people use the excuse of "just joking" to denigrate other groups of people. What he said was super disrespectful and showed ignorance towards your Black American heritage. I'm sure you don't want your children to grow up thinking lesser of their Black American side so this should really be nipped in the bud. There's been various cases of children being made fun of for their culture and growing up to feel shame towards it. On a positve note you look great and should be super proud of your weight loss 😁

😂 I wonder lol
Funny joke that Korean women say kdramas are funny & exaggerated 😅
Yeah, Korean men do actually show affection. Watch Megan Moon or Aisha. Their husband's are very affectionate towards them, but all men aren't the same when it comes to PDA..
WHAT???? - "Fried chicken and watermelon??: - Really??
Diana, perhaps you need to inform your husband that' fried chicken and watermelon is not all that black folk eat. And you might also want to let him know that white folk eat fried chicken and watermelon too. Anyway, his statement sounded so totally racist to me. And to make matters worse he said this right after telling you that you are ""big" in spite of the fact that you've lost weight. Anyway, what's with him????? I ask this because I generally love your vlogs but the things that he said were a bit of a turn off for me.
Ran to the comments after the chicken and water melon comment, I think it would be great for Kyhungo to watch some documentaries on black american history, so he can understand why certain comments can be offensive and not put his foot in it.
The 'kitchen towel' is called loofah. When the vegetable is still fresh and young it is cooked like squash. When it is ripe it is left to dry and later used for a body scrub or used for the kitchen
Henry is on one this video
Husband is saying some stuff ??? Got me thinking some kind of way
B@@gwenwest2885he's being downright abusive. It's like he's trying to hurt her and he's being as nasty as low as he can in order to do it
I recognize that to😮
Are we truly now living in a world where a husband can't even banter with his own wife…?Sheesh, we're (the world) all screwed🙄
Y'all are typing the most…SMH!
I think it’s very good to let the twins embrace their Korean heritage. It’s not good go be always reminded that you are not a ”real” Korean because they will be too aware that they are always different! They are born and raised in SouthKorea and their dad is Korean.
The same way your husband would not allow disrespect to Korean culture is the same way it should apply to your culture Diana.
On a positve note you look great and should be super proud of your weight loss 😁
P.s. before the "I'm Black and I thought it was funny" coalition come screeching in the comments
1. I don't care for the opinions of low self esteem people who allow themselves to be disrespected in exchange for pats on the head from others (they'll never love you 😂).
2. I know the majority of the "I'm Black" people on the Internet are bots or cosplayers with nothing better to do in their lives.
Uuuuuummmmm……chicken and waffles!!!???? @Diannainkorea just ignored it. WTF!!!!??? Her family is so beautiful. But that comment from her husband was seriously racist.
Definitely!!!
I feel sad reading some of these comments here. Telling her how to dress, how to spell, how to wear makeup, how to be black, how to handle her husband, how to manage her family, how to live her life. If y'all are fans, I'd hate to see what enemies are.
Diana, you are beautiful. Live your life as you see fit. Be happy, healthy, and fulfilled.🙏❤️
I'm not sure how long you've been on this here internet but this is "par for the course!"
Thankfully, Diana has been/continues to be a strong and confident (not only black lady) but a strong lady overall…she deserves her flowers
