dear sir, could you tell us about Softwares? I mean electrical site engineers learn or have a grip of that software to help them in jobs.
like AUTOCAD 2D, AUTOCAD ELECTRICAL, ETAP, and if you go for MICROSOFT OFFICE, HERE ms word, ms excel will be enough ?

No you can check after dressing also, but if main contractor or consultant asked you before , you need to do it else you can skip

I will suggest you that for electrical design, no need to do any course from anywhere, lots of content on youtube related to that , you can learn easily through it. Just focus on interview and once you get the job you will learn everything gradually
