    • @daxusbify
      @daxusbify Месяц назад

      Well poaching is illegal so you can charge whatever you want, but make sure it's a good price cause if you get caught you're giving it all plus more back to the government. It's illegal to sell game meat. You can hunt it, you can eat it, you can gift it to people. If you receive money in exchange for it that is a big no no.

    always aim for the neck or head ... it will be a clean kill and no gut stink to mess it up ... no meat will be damaged ... that is the best way ... neck or behind the ear shots ...

  • @trashfire9641

    That bow didn't seem to have the power to land a kill shot on that Moose. I have never hunted with bow, so i am not passing any judgement. I am simply curious.

    • @Blazingwheel
      @Blazingwheel 10 лет назад

      Yeah, i don't know why people even hunt a moose with a bow arrow penetration an all on that thick skin a bullet is way better.

    • @robertgirard3711
      @robertgirard3711 9 лет назад +1

      Blazingwheel with compound bows now in production you will get a threw shot. they fly over 320 feet per second and will break ribs with no problem.

    • @IAmPaulBunyan1978
      @IAmPaulBunyan1978 9 лет назад +2

      Robert Girard Agreed. I had a complete pass-through on an Eastern moose on a heart-lung shot. I wouldn't try a recurve or longbow on a moose unless I had some pretty serious tackle, though...

    • @atlas2583
      @atlas2583 8 лет назад

      You dont need that much power. You just meed it to pierce through. I know what you mean but some how it works out

    david demitroff moose is easy to get close to only in the rut after that not so easy now woodland caribou on the other hand is the easiest member of the deer family to get close to you can stand up in opened country and stand still and for no reason they will walk right up to you ive had the get close enough that I could touch them
