Remove anxiety, focus on the distractions in listening it will lead you to the right answers
For reading, do questions that come in order first, leave matching headings and matching informations last. Writing, proof read your work so you can make corrections, also plan your essay before you start writing

Max 1.30 minutes for 1 question
Understand the meaning of sentence properly and read it carefully
If you do not get answer of any question in 1.30 minute then skip the question and solve it at the end
