My Aunt told me it takes a good father to raise a good father. We still have my Aunt with us and we are blessed. I've 3 girl cousins and one boy; they are more like siblings to me. All of their children are remarkable, productive and BRILLIANT. I have the pleasure of watching their children, and Grandchildren become wonderful productive humans

Looks like it was a new neighborhood. Maybe you can contact the builders and catch them starting a new project on a blank plot? That way, you can get something very similar by using the same builder and getting to pick all the finishing touches such as tiles and placement of windows and etc. Make it yours. I’m so opposite you guys (75 year-old grandma), but trying to decide to leave my home of almost 50 years in a beautiful little Northern California gem of a town to move to North Carolina to be nearer family members (tho leaving San Diego grandkids 😕)…..and found a great little property but am still dragging out getting out of here. All this to say, I feel exactly as you do Lo, if it’s meant to be it will all work out as it should. I was about Ozzy’s age when I first learned to ski but it was more years ago than I care to say. Suffice it to say that skis were longer & there was no such thing as snowboarding back then. So wonderful to see that the tradition continues ❤⛷️

Lo, you were spot on when you talked about the "vibe" of the house. The energy that each house gives off is different. When my hubby and I were looking I'd walk inside and say, Nope, this isn't going to be the one. Then when I walked into the house we bought, even though it needed more updating than the others, I immediately knew this was the right choice. Follow your instincts and you won't be disappointed!!

My mother taught us this from a very young age, and it’s comforting to know that God will give you what you need, and if it happens to be what you want, then you are doubly blessed. You have a beautiful voice, and your entire family are growing and thriving. It’s hard to believe how fast Stella and Ozzie are growing, and you and Tanner make a beautiful couple. If you can afford to build your own dream house that’s similar to the one you truly wanted to buy, I would do that. The size can be smaller or larger depending on your preferences, and you can build rooms for your next children as you dream about the room designs. ❤

I have to say I'm really on the edge watching the Beeston family. If their source of income is utube its a little difficult to know the freedom and lifestyle they afford is made possible by me and other people watching their videos. So many people I know struggle financially every day and its hard to accept that because I and so many others watch them they are enjoying a life most will never know. I LOVED this video! Sorry you didn’t get the house you wanted!! I’ve downhill skied around Rochester NY since I was in HS! Over 40 yrs! I always worked out to stay in shape for skiing!! I LOVED all the snow in Utah!! Here in Rochester, we quickly become proficient at skiing on ice!! Haha! I LOVED watching Derrick teach Ozzie how to ski!! I also taught my two daughters how to ski but not as young as Ozzie!! Mine were 5 and 7! I hurt my knee years ago when I fell down our brand new hardwood stairs!! Very slippery! Now , I’ve had to give up skiing and I miss it SO SO much!!! I don’t know what to do with myself now that I can’t ski in the winter!!! I will have to live vicariously through your family! I learned to ski when I was two years old and my younger sisters learned when they were three years old. It is such a fun family activity! 🥰

I don't know who told you that housing is a buyer market, butt that's just the opposite. Buyers are scrambling to put in bids above asking price. So seller's are getting serious offers above their asking price within a few days, or less. It'll all work out for you though. The "right," house will come along. 😊

Ozzy killed it on the skis! I love how fearless she is, but of course that comes from you guys and your encouragement and support. I'm positive that Stella will be the same. Ozzy calling Tanner by his first name cracked me up...Stella being adorable in the car with Lauren right before going to watch Ozzy and then with Tanner's mom just instantly made me smile! Your girls just tickle my heart.
Tanner is such a great dad and teacher...and Lauren is the best hype woman with an incredible voice! I also just love how Lauren said she was checking out the hot dad on the bunny hill...and Tanner telling Lauren that she so pretty, at the beginning on the vlog...I love yalls love and that obviously you don't stop flirting with each other. I love love and the love that can be seen in your family is one of my favorites. Best wishes to you Beestons! ♡

Lmao. I relate to Ozzy 100%. I used to put things on the belt that I wanted even when my parents said no. It was a surprise every time we got home from shopping.
I LOVED this video! Sorry you didn’t get the house you wanted!! I’ve downhill skied around Rochester NY since I was in HS! Over 40 yrs! I always worked out to stay in shape for skiing!! I LOVED all the snow in Utah!! Here in Rochester, we quickly become proficient at skiing on ice!! Haha! I LOVED watching Derrick teach Ozzie how to ski!! I also taught my two daughters how to ski but not as young as Ozzie!! Mine were 5 and 7! I hurt my knee years ago when I fell down our brand new hardwood stairs!! Very slippery! Now , I’ve had to give up skiing and I miss it SO SO much!!! I don’t know what to do with myself now that I can’t ski in the winter!!! I will have to live vicariously through your family! Please post tons more videos of your family skiing adventures!!
