The best way to enjoy a Skynd track is to have a little background on what the tune is about. They're all true crime songs, so there's plenty of info out there. Get the background info and then the lyrics etc make sense. The way they work details into the songs is genius
Skynd is a group that makes songs mainly about serial killers and basically "true crime music". And yes, its about that one cult. Their leaders being Ti and Do ("do re mi fa sol ti dont you know its time to go"). You should listen to gary heidnik feat jonathan davis (of korn), columbine (yes, that columbine) and tyler hadley. Robert hansen is great too (the Alaskan serial killer that was used for the last season of the Dexter tv show).

Skynd is amazing!! The band consist of Skynd herself (the singer) and Father (instrumentalist). Father does all of the music himself while Skynd writes the lyrics according to the true crime cases they use for their songs. Everything they do is true to the cases (except for Elisa Lam as it is an unsolved case), and it always amazes me how much they can put in there. They’re so talented and I’m happy more people are listening to their music. I would love seeing your reaction to Robert Hansen (a fav of mine), Edmund Kemper (as a metal fan myself I thing you would appreciate the harder sound of it) and Armin Meiwes (also a fav of mine), but all their songs are bangers! Be sure to read a bit about the case if you’re not familiar with it before the video reactions, that way you can understand the music better in some way. It makes me appreciate their music even more.
