1 question, i have a user that has a mailbox size as 102GB, the user have a office 365 business standard and Exchange Plan (Plan 2) license. both on the old and new tenant.
When i try a test migration, the result failed. Mailbox size 102.1 GB (109,625,155,681 bytes) exceeds target quota 100 GB (107,374,182,400 bytes)
any idea what wrong? or what can be done?

As you mentioned a connector is needed for scan to scan to mail. Any video to show this practically as current with Security defaults set to on smtp auth option 1 does not work. Before app password was working but not compulsory to create connector to make this work or disable security defaults.

Email relay option 1 (client submission) doesn't require a connector.
