I think that Hot Wheel did the Toyota Supra in the 2016 mainline. If I remember it was green or are you talking about the 2019 Supra.

Ughhh. I'm so sick of the Datsun 510!! It's pretty clear Hot Wheels is literally teasing us with this car, despite that they made another $TH of it. No point in trying to hunt that $TH if scalpers are gonna resell it for x10 the price, that's for sure.

Erm, Supreme Team Transport? I think that one's a fake. It's got the old logo, no number on bottom right-hand side, and the card art isn't as nice as the others. Plus, Supreme licencing would cost Mattel (or anyone else) a fortune.

The new Mustang Cobra is really nice. Most of the rest are not what I collect. I am really picky on what I collect...although I do buy cool looking cars for my 7 year old nephew. It's either Hot Wheels or WWE action figures...

We actually don't know, but we think within 1 or 2 months :)
K Mart will have it first (itz normally the EARLY February K Dayz Event cased cars) but it might happen late since it seems like that is the norm since Sept/Nov events were pushed back. And due to that, "First To Market" cars were NOT. LOL Some Wal-Mart's just got F case BINs, so G is around 3 weeks away so will K Mart's event happen first? That IS the kwestion !! LOL

As amazing as these Supers are, all it means is scalpers will be making a ton of money again. People that cant hang out at Wal-Mart for hours or have employees on a payroll have zero chance of finding these. In 7 years of collecting I have NEVER seen a chase piece on a peg EVER. So honestly Supers are irrelevant. I apologize for the negativity but here in this town your lucky to find even popular basic cars.

I've only been collecting for about two years, and have never found a STH. A few TH's, but no supers. My brother and father in law are collectors as well. They've been collecting for years and years. My wife went to Walmart with her brother a week ago, and the lady was (finally, after forever) stocking the pegs, and damn if my brother in law didn't pick off the Nissan GTR STH..I was pissed. Happy for him, but still upset my wife didn't spot it first. Unless you're super lucky enough to be there the second they're stocking, good luck ever finding a STH. Around my area in the southeast US, collectors are everywhere. It's not rare for me to run into 2-4 collectors at a single store, at almost every store. I work 8-10 hours 5-6 days a week. So the likely hood of me ever coming across a super is like winning the lottery haha. It's still fun to hunt and I have hopes one day I'll be there when they stock, but not very likely. And yes, I think you're right, many collectors either don't work, (how I don't know..) so they have all the time to hunt. Or they have someone they know on payroll collecting/putting them aside for them. I even had a worker tell me I won't find any TH's or STH's as someone in the back picks them off before they ever make it to the shelf/peg.

@@THE_HW_MASTERS I am a huge fan of STH's. I do have some. I only found one in a case I bought. It was the red 67 Camaro and it IS AMAZING. I also bought a few off eBay, but I've stopped giving the scalpers money. I mean your literally handing over $20-$100 for a $0.99 car. It isn't right but it is what it is.
While I also agree 100% on the repeating of cars it again falls on the same premise. It happens because people want and support those cars and the scalpers. I'm guilty of both at times. I really wish they would go back to the "movie" cars. There are so many they could do. Cannonball Run, Days of Thunder, hell there are a boatload of movies out there with awesome cars people would love. But again the cost of licensing of the car and movie is too much I suppose. You brought up many good points. I hope a bigger variety happens. As far as the $50 ball thing...which doesn't surprise me. Hell if a Kartrashian makes a pair of slippers they sell for $1000? Stupid? Yup. But it would NEVER happen if goofballs wouldn't buy them.

I be shocked to find any new cars that are treasure if the news gets around so fast that the pallets get raided and u have 50/50 chance get any. saw no cars realy wanted but can always grab i still want by chance and score a duplicates by chance.

I think it's really weird to rerelease a car as a super. The last time they did it was when they lost the Ferrari license

I'll say this in my opinion the super treasure hunts only have rubber tires that's the only thing special you could get any car and customize them yourself in the other hand matchbox is coming out with great pieces the details are amazing I know they are the same company but hot wheels needs to add more detail to their cars tampos etc
