This is a wonderful interview! I have to confess that I jumped ahead to the textile info. As a weaver and someone living as simply as possible, I was so excited to hear what Carroll had to say...some was new for me, but more importantly I felt a rekindling. I have been away from natural dyeing and my loom for a while for personal reasons and wear the 5 fabrics mentioned, I try to think of the compostability of everything I use and buy as little as possible. It was fun to hear Carroll mention tencel - a faux-silk yarn made from cellulose which I've woven with quite a few times and so exciting to hear someone talking about the importance and history of textiles with Dharma foremost in her heart. May all beings benefit. 🙏🙏🙏
