I mean it is a pretty easy map tbf, it only appears as if it has some difficulty because of how he’s constantly shaking his screen by strafing, he might even be strafing too fast losing some speed.

IIRC its air strafing, so it increase your speed. Someone correct me if im wrong pls :)

if your mouse is moving left, you need to be holding the key to move left, and same for mouse+key right. wiggling left and right gains speed because its synchronised with his mouse movement left and right. if you do it without any sync, it slows you down. this is what makes it incredibly hard to start
