I hadn't considered building a mobile app for my business, but maybe I'll give it a try.
In most businesses there are some very specific processes that can benefit from the utility that a mobile application can provide. The beauty is often you can make a very simple application that does just one or two things, but it does them much more efficiently and easily than forcing someone to be in front of a laptop or computer to complete the task. Checking statuses, verifying a step in a process, capturing a picture attach to a record within Odoo, scanning a QR code, accessing GPS to easily provide location or tracking. There are many others but you get the idea.
using Unity for developing mobile app for odoo is like using ur Ferrari Car to buying groceries from shop down your street
It really so much depends on what your requirements are and the strengths of your team or if you prefer to work within a platform like Flutter or React Native vs the tools and power you get with a platform like Unity. After using every practical development platforms that can be utilized for mobile, I hands down prefer Unity because with one code base I can deploy to 21 different platforms. The tools and editors I've created to integrate with Odoo simply isn't possible in Visual or Android Studio even with massive amounts of effort. I can create one application and have it run native on Mac OS, iOS, PC, Linux & Android. If you can save hundreds of hours because the tool you use is better suited for application development (at least for the team) you take the money you save and put it to better use!
