So lemme tell you all about my experience. ■ my hair line was receding and I lost so much hair everyday and with few months, I lost half of my hair thickness :( I was stressed about this more and more and which made it worse. So I started to look up different methods to stop hairfall and improve growth and not many suited my hair type. ■ so I tried this method. I used pure coconut oil (not packaged) and put fenugreek seeds in a bottle and let it soak. I applied it before I washed my hair and I lost some hair as always. And applied the oil a day after the wash and i didnt lose hairstrands while combing (usually I lose the same amount of hair as when I wash my hair) and then I found that this is the perfect oil for my hair. ■ since I used pure coconut oil, it didnt leave sticky effect like those normal oils on my hair and it was silky and soft. ■ I still lose hair when washing hair. I think its because of my shampoo but the hair i used to lose while combing was reduced by 96% (I'm honest guys). ■ within a week of using this, hairfall reduced and I tried not to put high pony or tight braids because that's one reason i lost so much hair as a teen :(( (I'm only 16 fyi) ■ idk if it promotes hair growth because I need more time to observe changes. ■ I hope it all cleared your doubts! Edit: I'll update you all after changing my shampoo and using the fenugreek paste for my hair! Hemp Oil also works wonders. Lastly, look into the rice water and/or Aloe Vera method. It reduces shedding, thickens hair and aides in hair growth. P.S: Remember to always massage your scalp for stimulation which aides in hair growth💆🏾 Blessings✨

My mum used to make this. They don't go bad after so many months. You can use it safely for a year maybe. If it starts getting maybe some mold, then u can dispose it

@@Periodt Usually, people in my country use the powder form of fenugreek seeds, make a paste out of it and then apply as a hair mask. So when you apply as a mask then normally the result is the hair will be soft, shiny and more manageable. It's not like a one-time thing that the results will start to show up instantly. It takes time but the mask version will give you faster results than the cold-pressed method.
I personally do not separate seeds from my oils. I just leave it all in and just shake it up and use it. Some ppl do separate, some don't, but I think either way is good.

Hair grow at root not on tips, so you can not cut your roots to remove non- rebounded hair. You will need to get the rebounding on your roots growth again if they grow frizzy.

I'm pretty sure you specifically have to massage that into your scalp, leave it on anywhere from 1 hour to overnight then shampoo as usual. If you want a leave in, I saw a version similar to flaxseed which is made with water. This you could use as a leave in conditioner but not the oil in the video. Except if you don't mind oil everyday in your hair.
You can use the ACV rinse or use a Clarifying shampoo. Actually, if you don't use a lot of it or soak it super long on your hair, your hair won't smell at all. :) This is also why I like using the oils such as the VCO because it doesn't leave a pungent smell on your hair.

2-3 months we can store in glass container
My mum used to make this. They don't go bad after so many months. You can use it safely for a year maybe. If it starts getting maybe some mold, then u can dispose it

@@kaiparker2658 No, not necessary. I still have mine sitting on top of a drawer for 9 months and it's still the same. No stink, no mold. But honestly, garlic oil works better than this. You'll see faster results

@@Periodt Usually, people in my country use the powder form of fenugreek seeds, make a paste out of it and then apply as a hair mask. So when you apply as a mask then normally the result is the hair will be soft, shiny and more manageable. It's not like a one-time thing that the results will start to show up instantly. It takes time but the mask version will give you faster results than the cold-pressed method.

I personally do not separate seeds from my oils. I just leave it all in and just shake it up and use it. Some ppl do separate, some don't, but I think either way is good.

Your hair grows from your scalp. Keep using oils and taking care of your hair n they will grow.
Hair grow at root not on tips, so you can not cut your roots to remove non- rebounded hair. You will need to get the rebounding on your roots growth again if they grow frizzy.

I'm pretty sure you specifically have to massage that into your scalp, leave it on anywhere from 1 hour to overnight then shampoo as usual. If you want a leave in, I saw a version similar to flaxseed which is made with water. This you could use as a leave in conditioner but not the oil in the video. Except if you don't mind oil everyday in your hair.

You can use the ACV rinse or use a Clarifying shampoo. Actually, if you don't use a lot of it or soak it super long on your hair, your hair won't smell at all. :) This is also why I like using the oils such as the VCO because it doesn't leave a pungent smell on your hair.
