Hi everyone, Jo here again. Today we are going to work toward this month’s Lavinia Challenge theme “Favourite Colours”.
Now, a title like that gives us so much scope in terms of the design. Lavinia have so many stamps and stencils, etc, to choose from; it’s up to you to decide which will work best with your favourite colours. Don’t forget, the winner is chosen at random which means there is a £40 voucher up for grabs, to spend at Lavinia Stamps.
I have chosen to use Dinkle powders on Lavinia Watercolour Card and will cut a circle ready to mount on one of our circular card blanks.
I also have a new gadget to play with, so please join me on this colourful adventure.

Your mat is well-loved, a treasure! A glass mat might work well with the circle cutter; less drag.

Hi Jo, I'm very new to this. Im from Australia and I love your work. May I ask when you talk about water card is that the same as malfarious card? And is black the same as nocturne?
Hi Karen, so lovely to have you join our crafty family ….multifarious card is a smooth card suitable for stamping and many colouring techniques…it takes a decent amount of water, but if I need to add lots of water for Dinkles or watercolour backgrounds I use watercolour card….it is very slightly textured and will take lots and lots of water…..With the ink pads the Versafine Clair is a permanent ink pad…ideal for stamping as it won’t move when water is added , the black one is named Nocturne….sometimes we just call it black…..really hope that helps….and happy to help you….hugs xx🧡
@@JoRice thank you. Your very talented. ❤️
