i think cuz the girls didn't have long time to rehearse, they didn't have any crazy cool choreo and some parts they probably just got told to like dance around and make up smth so they all do different choreo. eg. they all did a slight different variation of choreo during the “in a whole other life there was this boy that I knew” 😲
