I feel like there should have been quizzes to test you on what you learned, like you had in the nursing fundamentals one. Or maybe an exam at the end of the video or something like that.... It helped me focus more. But other than that, I love your videos.
Drug interactions are additive when their combined effect is the sum of each independently, synergistic when the combined effect is greater than the sum of each independently. To further explain let me use numbers and let's use Tylenol and Aspirin. Let's say Tylenol = 5 and Aspirin = 5. Additive would be Tylenol (5) + Aspirin (5) = 10. Synergistic would be Tylenol (5) + Aspirin (5) = 20, due to their chemical properties for some reason increases their combined effect.

Thanks so much! I'm getting prepared to retake my Nclex-RN exam for the third time. Please pray for me that I successfully pass it this time. 🤲🏾
Good luck! You got this! I would recommend you watch nexus nursing, she does a great job of breaking down the questions.
Did you pass?
I hope you passed and you are now a great nurse working hard looking after others ❤
Looking foward to taking pharmacology this semester coming up ❤️
Good luck! I hope you do well.

Glad it was helpful!
This is the best video
Thank you so much bro❤
I love your video. Thank you 🙏
Thank you for watching!
My question really is what is the difference between additive effect and synergistic effect. They are too similar. Plz explain

Will these videos will help me to pass my LPN nclex? Thanks 🙏
