I'm honestly so over how corruption is rewarded in this country.
Channel 10 has been granted leave to re-open Lehrmann's defamation case and produce the new evidence. Game on! Back in court tomorrow.

You’re playing first grade whilst most of the countries media are on the reserve bench in third grade NSW Cup yet acting like they’re playing Origin! A bit of a reach blaming Justice Lee but it will be interesting to see if he allows the new evidence.
Ten's lawyers raised the intimidation but Lee did nothing but Lee has had the court institute contempt proceedings against a RUclipsr for rebroadcasting the video of the hearing. Which is worse?
@@KangarooCourtofAustralia One is just an accusation, the other is a fact.
@@maxcarter970 It's not "just an accusation". There is a powerful prima facie case as I outlined in the linked articles above. Only a fool would think Lehrmann and his barrister Whybrow were not the leakers and that they were not trying to Intimidate Brittany Higgins. We'll find out more this afternoon.

@@maxcarter970 Justice Lee stopped Ten / Wilkinson questioning Bruce Lehrmann about the leaks and he stopped them serving interrogatories about the leaks. And now they apparently Ten have a direct witness, who worked at Seven, that Lehrmann was the leaker as I said in the video.

What a lot of people don't realize about defamation trials is they are a double edged sword. Yes the plaintiff can seek damages against someone making unsubstantiated claims that defame their name. But a defence for defamation has always been the truth. And if the truth is that Bruce Lehrmann not only raped Brittany Higgins but also knowingly was in contempt of court, leaking documents and lying, then a reasonable person could conclude that not only is he a rapist, but he's also a scumbag. I also think if these things do come out in court then he should be required to put in his CV these facts that were established in court.
